Three large windows give a nice view over the Roomolenstraat. The size of the luxurious studio is 26m² including private kitchen, shower and toilet. Private roof terrace of 10m² at the backside enclosed by the neighbor buildings. The place is very warm and personal, perfectly suited for a single traveler or couple to retreat as well as to discover Amsterdam.

In the bright basement (with windows) of our unique canal house with façade-garden, on the corner of a canal and a square with large oak-trees you find this b&b wih lots of privacy, nice rooms and close to everywhere you would like to go! You enter the spacious entrance hall with table and coffee / tea supplies; with a private bathroom, separate toilet and a cozy bedroom / living room. Renovated with natural stone and wood. This house and this area are very photogenic.

This romantic houseboat ADRIANA in the heart of Amsterdam is for real lovers of historic ships. Built in 1888 as "Haagsche Aak", this is one of the oldest boats in Amsterdam and is located in the Jordaan near the Anne Frank House and Centraal Station. Our neighborhood is in the original Amsterdam area of the Jordaan, centrally located and full of restaurants and local markets yet a quiet haven in the middle of the city. We have carefully remodeled and decorated the house in a modern way, providing a luxury experience for our guests, featuring a full bar, contactless entry, smart home features and a unique outside landscaped terrace.

First Class houseboat studio (corner)

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

The private bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower enclosed by glass panels. A double sink is set into a wooden vanity, complemented by modern lighting fixtures. White tiled walls and dark flooring create a sleek and clean aesthetic, with a small plant adding a touch of greenery.

We visited Rosita for 3 nights. The location is perfect, not too busy but near everything. Friedrich was super kind and gave us clear instructions. He also recommended several places in North Amsterdam. On our last day we went to few of the places and we were amazed how beautiful they were. We really recommend visiting the Ceuvel restaurant (secret garden there was so cute) and the NDSM artist colony was mindblowing. Thank you again for hosting Friedrich! ❤️ Sara and Oskari

Staying on Barbara's tug boat was an adventure - it was exactly as described - cozy and a little quirky, which is what we love! Barbara was a wonderful host and we felt very comfortable there - one evening she sat out on the deck with us for hours and we had the most interesting conversations. We also were able to get our fur baby fix by interacting with Pete (dog) and Bob, Barbara's 6-toed cat. The location of Barbara's place is in the Jordaan neighborhood, which has a great vibe and is totally walkable! The selection of restaurants/things to do were incredible. The part we loved the best was sitting out on the deck people watching - on the street side of the boat we could watch the controlled chaos of bicyclists, cars, tourists and locals as they navigated the street - it was amazing to watch the skill of the bicyclists! On the other side of the boat was the canal, so watching the canal traffic lazily float by. We highly recommend Barbara's place and plan to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place in Amsterdam! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Anne Frank House and many other attractions. Robert gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants, which really enhanced our experience. The apartment itself was lovely and had everything we needed. The rooftop was a standout feature, offering a beautiful view of the clock tower. We also really appreciated the washing service, which made our stay even more convenient. After full days of exploring the city, the comfortable bed and pillows were exactly what we needed to rest and recharge. Highly recommend staying here!
