Lake house vacation rentals in Brookville

Our family booked The Cedar Lodge and Floating Tiny over Thanksgiving and couldn’t be happier with our choice…both spaces exceeded our expectations! The decor is gorgeous and functional and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful holiday decorations throughout. Everything was sparkling clean and the furniture was all comfortable. Our hosts were responsive to questions and their willingness to consider special requests was much appreciated. Would highly recommend the lovely, unique property!

don't hesitate to book. weather ruined most activities. obviously not fault of owner. would be wonderful place with warm weather and no rain. they have everything you need and then some.

The house was big, clean and as advertised. Gary and Tangi were great hosts and they were very responsive and provided all of the information necessary for us to have an enjoyable stay. We didn't get to take advantage of the lake and beach but it was a really cool feature of the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Crystal was very quick and responsive and even very lenient with adding days as we went for my crew to stay close to the job site!

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful place! The hosts were super welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the property itself was so cozy and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

This place was wonderful for our group! The kids needed space and they got it at this house! It was so nice to have MANY outdoor activities such as basketball courts, kayaking, a hot tub, scooters to roll around on, hiking path, and just lots of room everywhere! The house was great and provided the space we needed to eat, sleep, etc. We were impressed with everything. The showers got cold after awhile, but that is to be expected with that many people showering and doing some laundry. When we planned better, then it wasn’t a problem. The hosts were great to work with and responded right away whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I hope to stay there again when I bring a group to Kentucky in the future!

The perfect place for us to use as a home base for our granddaughter’s wedding 5 miles away! We all want to come back when we can utilize more of the amenities that are available. We did get to spend one night doing nothing besides going to Alexandria Brewing Company for Dinner (great food and atmosphere by the way) and back to the deck to enjoy the scenery before all the crazy of the wedding festivities began on Friday! ❤️
