Cozy Brookville Home w/ Fire Pit & Deck!

TinaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Very cute little house. Well appointed. The cozy furniture, blankets and large dining table provided us all we needed for a girl's weekend of movie watching, book reading and crafting. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms are great. Will keep it in mind if I should ever return to that area.

Brand new, modern, cozy Pearl in Batesville, IN

WendyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We actually got two of the townhouses hosted by Jason for a local wedding. The townhouses were spectacular. They were clean, well-organized and beautifully decorated. It was easy to find and the instructions for check-out were clear and easy to find. The only thing I would caution is the steps are a bit steep. We were traveling with a toddler so we were extra aware. We would definitely recommend these properties.

Whitewater River House (entire house)

VictoriaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
The River House is a fantastic spot for both families and groups of friends. Situated right on the river, the views create a peaceful, scenic backdrop for your stay. What truly made the experience exceptional for us, though, was the shelter house. Just a short walk from the main house and right by the river, it’s equipped with grills, a fire spit, and a deck box full of outdoor games and activities. Despite being on the same property as the owner’s residence, we had plenty of privacy and felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. On top of everything, Mark was incredibly responsive and helpful if we needed anything, which made the experience even more seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway right on the river, I highly recommend the River House.

The Lookout

VickiRating, 5 stars6 months ago
This was the perfect location for a small family of 4 from 3 different states to meet and spend some time together. Lindsey thought of everything. No need to run out for soap or toilet paper as plenty was provided. The house was clean and comfortable. We all were able to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Can’t wait to come back again in slightly warmer weather and take advantage of the lovely outdoor area with a grill and fire pit. I really can’t recommend this place any more strongly. It is wonderful. Thank you.

Farm House Style Home in the Town of Brookville

GinaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We were at Krista’s AirBNB with my family and my brother’s family to visit my husband’s family in Indiana. On the first morning, Krista reached out to ask if we needed anything. I didn’t know where a few light switches were, so she let me know where they are. There were a few small ants in the bedroom downstairs, so she came immediately to check out the situation and bought ant baits. There is are two playgrounds walking distance from Krista’s farmhouse, and that helped so much to have the young kids go there multiple times a day. The host was very personable and her recommendations for local places to visit were very helpful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to grill and make food for ourselves. She went above and beyond, and we had a fun and very memorable at her farm house.
