Gerald was an amazing host! He had the perfect balance of engagement with us and leaving us to ourselves. Great food recommendations and the place felt very private and away from things. We will definitely look to re-visit for time away from everything to celebrate our anniversary!

Such a cute property! I didn't even know Oldenburg, Indiana existed until I booked this Airbnb. Boy, did I have a good time! The town is small enough you can walk anywhere you want. Excellent restaurants. I enjoyed walking the grounds of the convent/Catholic school across the street from the house. Ruthie's binder included information about some of the furniture and artwork in the house. I enjoyed learning the history of each. The modern kitchen and bathoom were great, without taking away from the historical charm of the house.

Came for the eclipse! Beverly wasnt jacking up her prices like everyone else. Big plus! Wanted small town atmosphere and friendly people. Thats exactly what we got! Nice area, pretty scenery, quiet town, good food, friendly people. Stayed 2 nights. House is clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for 4-5 people. Would highly recommend!

We have stayed at many AirBnbs and this one was very special. It had everything we needed and plenty of room and things to do to keep us relaxed but also have some fun! We are already looking at booking this spot again during the boating season! Great hosts! Thanks for everything!

Abby’s Airbnb was a extremely beautiful and cozy home, it was beyond perfect for a few of us working in the area. It might be a little farther from shopping and things but the peacefulness of the location and the gigantic space lends for a amazing stay, especially if you want to “get away”. It’s a fisherman’s dream off the river, huge kitchen for cooking for an army, and a great TV for movie night! Everyone loved the location! Abby was very accommodating and is a great host! Will save it for future trips in the area.

Beverly was a great host--very friendly and communicative. She met us at check in to show us around and sent us detailed directions in advance in case our GPS didn't work (it did, though--we had no problem getting there). The farmhouse is adorable and very private. Recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Jennifer & her husband were awesome and accommodating. My boyfriend and I got to visit with their farm animals and dogs, the property is the perfect setting for a quiet weekend. I’m not sure if the best part was drinking coffee on the porch in the morning or sitting by the fire watching a movie in the cozy basement, but we couldn’t have picked a better place. They made sure we had everything we needed (including lighting the fireplace) and we felt at home. Everything was clean and cozy. We will be back in the future!

This was the perfect location for a small family of 4 from 3 different states to meet and spend some time together. Lindsey thought of everything. No need to run out for soap or toilet paper as plenty was provided. The house was clean and comfortable. We all were able to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Can’t wait to come back again in slightly warmer weather and take advantage of the lovely outdoor area with a grill and fire pit. I really can’t recommend this place any more strongly. It is wonderful. Thank you.

We actually got two of the townhouses hosted by Jason for a local wedding. The townhouses were spectacular. They were clean, well-organized and beautifully decorated. It was easy to find and the instructions for check-out were clear and easy to find. The only thing I would caution is the steps are a bit steep. We were traveling with a toddler so we were extra aware. We would definitely recommend these properties.

The host are incredible. Very responsive, helped us with a local firewood hook up, quick response to any questions, and even mailed back some items that were left at the house. The house was great for our four families and kids. Everyone had plenty of room. The bedrooms are all spacious and have ample places to sleep. While, we didn’t sleep on the bonus bunkbeds in the loft, our kids loved playing on them. The house is well appointed. Our only complaint was a lack of washer and dryer. The surrounding property is beautiful and private. We had fun, walking the lane and stomping in the stream. Even in December, it was an ideal place to be outside.

Very cute little house. Well appointed. The cozy furniture, blankets and large dining table provided us all we needed for a girl's weekend of movie watching, book reading and crafting. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms are great. Will keep it in mind if I should ever return to that area.

Wow what a beautiful property! I got to enjoy all the leaves changing color in Autumn and got some fishing in just before it got too cold. Large property with a fantastic view. Enjoyed just sitting outside listening to the river roll. Mark’s place is clean, quiet and I felt very safe there. Beds are comfortable and it has a nice hot shower. Great communications and everything I needed was there. Brookville is a quiet little town close by with very friendly people. Definitely a place I’d come back too.
