I would definitely book this place again if I travel to New York! One min walk from the LIRR train station and easy to get to Manhattan and other locations. Garden is so clean and sooo peaceful. House was absolutely big and beautiful. Clean house, amazing garden with a hot tub. (I didn’t want to leave). William offered to make breakfast and will ask if you need anything and will always be there to help you. I enjoyed chatting with him. Such a great man!! A great host, very helpful and so kind! Thank you so much for everything William!!

I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was a pleasant stay. This air bnb has multiple benefits such as being spacious, clean, and very private. Karen was welcoming and was there if we needed to coordinate parking, but also allowed for complete privacy and we mostly interacted in passing. The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood only a few streets away from main street montclair. When I needed to grab food it was a nice and easy 10 minute walk! The three rooms were clean and I found no issues with anything. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area!

This place feels like home. It’s literally a place to visit like a museum the building the furnitures and everything is so cool and insane. We went to celebrate new years in NYC and we stayed at this amazing place for 2 nights which we regretted about we wanted to say more. The hosts were so nice, friendly and welcoming. It was really nice meeting them . We definitely recommend this place friends and families. Thanks so much.

William was quick in responding to my messages and communication was excellent. Property is just outside of Hampstead gardens station and was spotless and check-in was easy. He personally cooked nice breakfast and our conversations over coffee will be remembered for long time. I want to say "William is just brilliant" and he made my stay pleasantly comfortable. (I'll request all guest visiting his property to check his rules which are stated clearly in the description and you will have amazing host waiting to welcome you.)

Stayed here for five days and it was amazing! I felt right at home. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Ron was amazing and even let me check in early. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay with Alfred was great. The area is central, one avenue from the subway that goes to the Statue of Liberty, and five from Penn Station. There are supermarkets and food stores nearby as well. The area felt super safe, without any setbacks, and the place was quite friendly for the price. I would definitely come back.

What a cute and cozy bed and breakfast. Yes, it is older as to be expected, but everything is in working order and clean. The host made sure I had everything I needed. Walking distance to Greenwich Ave which is amazing as I can just walk to work when I’m in town. Perfect spot.

This place is truly a magical oasis. Highly recommend booking!! The home is gorgeous and welcoming - every room feels serene and peaceful - and the hosts are incredibly thoughtful, respectful, and generous. There are so many luxury touches! The bedrooms have every item you could possibly want, the bathroom is a spa escape, and the library and meditation space spark inspiration and feel so grounding. I’ve been thinking about writing this review since the moment I checked into Tracey and Tonja’s BNB. Let me say, this has been by far the best experience I have had via Airbnb and I am very grateful. This is the charm and hospitality staying at a bnb used to have before it became the capitalist, money hungry system it now has become. Tonja and Tracey as such kind and beautiful people. They were beyond hospitable; explained the property and gave me a tour upon arrival, always available if I needed them, and had an incredible energy to match their charming home. The place is so beautiful and the photos do not do it justice! From the cozy library, to the meditation room, to the suites - everything is perfectly decorated and curated to provide you an atmosphere of peace. My favorite was the soak tub which I was in desperate need of after a stressful few weeks of travel. This was the most perfect place to recharge as a part of my new year self care rituals. I will definitely be back soon.
