We chose this property based on its location, size and the fact it had a large pool for the kids – it did not disappoint on any of these. Location was great for us, albeit a little further out of the city but our priority was to be close to the beach and as it was only one block away, it was perfect. The property is about a 15min walk from Semaphore centre which has plenty of amenities, small supermarket, restaurants and shops and with Henley beach less than a 10 minute drive away, there are plenty of options. The property has lots of space, the four bedrooms were a good size. The living areas were substantial as were the outdoor areas. The property would benefit from some cosmetic work, some paint was peeling off in some areas but this did not detract in any way from our stay. We would certainly stay at this property again. The accommodation was great, the space was suitable for eight of us. There were shops and restaurants in walking distance. The centre was only a short drive away. The host was very responsive and dealt with issues raised and questions asked.

We loved our stay. We spent lots of time with our kids in front of the fire and exploring the property. The stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed exploring for kangaroos, koalas and possums.

Beautiful location, nestled in the hills underneath some big old gum trees. The heated pool was a hit with the kids and plenty of room on the deck for soaking up the scenery. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and entertained Jordan 😁

This little house is gorgeous! The bedrooms and bathrooms are stylish and super comfy, the highlight is the courtyard and rooftop garden though. It was the middle of winter and cold and wet for our trip, but we took a look and could totally imagine how amazing it would be in summer evenings. Highly recommend this place. It was perfect for us for a business trip.

Highly recommend this property! Spotlessly clean and all the amenities you need :) Well furnished (it looks exactly like the photos and is warm and welcoming). Vivian was really friendly and always responsive, and there were some lovely treats waiting for us on arrival. And finally it's in a great location - beautiful quiet street with a park/playgound at the end, lovely walks...but still so close to the city and some great shops!

Noah’s house was gorgeous and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and had great appliances, cooking was a joy here. A nice quiet spot, close to the city. We had a very pleasant stay. Everything we needed & cute and cosy. A few take away and grocery shops walking distance. A really comfortable bed, enclosed parking suited to small car. Would stay here again.

A beautifully renovated cottage that met our needs perfectly. It was a great spot to get to just north of the Adelaide parklands. The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished and very well equipped. It was so nice to find the fridge had fresh milk when I walked in after a long trip, and some treats to nibble on. Cas and David were really responsive, welcoming and helpful. Beds, quilts and pillows were comfortable and cosy. Reverse cycle heating was appreciated but the house gets afternoon sun so we enjoyed that too. We felt really at home for our 3 night stay. Thank you for having us!

We had such a fantastic stay at Elegance on Elizabeth! The house is absolutely beautiful — a perfect blend of old-world charm with all the modern style and convenience you could hope for. The location is spot on, right next to lovely cafes and the railway station, making everything super easy. Carla was incredibly attentive and responsive to any questions or requests, and all the information provided was clear and helpful. Honestly, this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The weather wasn’t on our side during our visit, but that actually worked out perfectly — the house was so comfortable and well set up that we were more than happy to spend extra time inside. We had a lovely stay at Paul’s & John’s. The house was very well stocked with amenities, everything you could need and more. The location is great and easy to access the airport, shops, cafes etc. The home was very clean and there were lots of extra blankets if needed. Perfect place for small kids as there were no breakables on display and the backyard is fully fenced.

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb twice now, and we already can’t wait to return again! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much care and attention to detail has gone into this home. It’s truly immaculate, spotless, beautifully styled, and incredibly welcoming. One of the standout features is the generous range of pantry and fridge supplies. It’s rare to find a place that goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, and this one does exactly that. Every little touch has been thoughtfully considered. Our dog Charlie absolutely loved it too, it’s not always easy to find pet-friendly accommodation that also maintains such a high standard, but this one ticks every box. We felt completely at ease and so comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you again for creating such a relaxing and impressive space. We will definitely be back!

Great house for our family of 5. Lots of space and each child with their own room! Very comfortable house to base ourselves for a long weekend. Damian was a perfect host, providing an early checkin, great with communication and the house was set up with everything we needed and more. The amenities and food/ snacks that he provided was an added bonus and allowed us to settle in without having to quickly find a supermarket. Highly recommend the property and will definitely book again when we’re back in Adelaide!

A beautiful space. Super clean and cozy all around. The beds were comfy, and the bedding was soft and warm. The couches were large and a great area for relaxing, especially with the fireplace going. It felt really private and peaceful, which made the stay even better. The heated floors in the bathroom were such a nice touch. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the space.

This little place suited us perfectly for being a very short drive to our family, which is why we were in Adelaide. It was very comfortable for our needs. Vince was a fantastic host and quick to respond to our enquiries and anything we needed. We loved being walking distance to supermarkets etc as we did a lot of cooking for ourselves, and a well equiped kitchen for this purpose. Also a few nice cafes and good variety of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again as amenities and close proximity to family really suited our needs. It would be good to have a discount for long stays.

I felt very welcome at Rachel's. Very responsive and thoughtful host The house was very comfortable and and had everything I needed for a home away from home. Even catered really comfortably for my dog. Walks to the parklands were a highlight each day. Neighbours were very friendly too.

We loved our stay at Deborah’s place. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. A lovely area to stay, lots of places to eat within walking distance and the city very easy to get to.
