Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

Huset ligger i ett lugnt område med närhet till fina skogspromenader, bad, affär och bra kommunikationer till Stockholm city med både buss och båt. Intill området finns en 18+12 håls golfbana med en stor restaurang och bar. Du hittar även pizzeria och grill inom gångavstånd. Huset har en öppen och luftig övervåning med alla bekvämligheter som behövs för trevlig samvaro. Ni har tillgång till bastu, pingisbord och gäststuga.

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

The location is in a house neighbourhood but with maximal privacy, as it is surrounded by a forest on 2 of 4 sides of the house. The house has all facilities you can ask for; many bedrooms and beds, two workstations with screens, a tv room, a gym with a threadmill, a weightlifting section and a spinning bike, two bathrooms, one with both a bath tub and a sauna.
