All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You'll get a code for the door from the host on the day of arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Electric car charging box is also available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. 150 sqm, parking for up to three cars. The pool pump needs to be running half the day, choose whether it's during the day or night, plug in the cord that is directly outside the patio door. Then take it out in the morning/evening. Never leave the house without taking the awnings in to the wall. There are two remotes. AC there are two of them, remotes there with. We usually have a cat in the house.
