Great property. Very well equipped with lots of amenities. We had a small issue with the hot tub, but were quickly put in touch with a local host who explained how to remedy the issue quickly. The cabin was very nice, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The exterior of Hope Floats Lodge is showcased with modern farmhouse architecture. Large, illuminated windows and a gabled roof create a welcoming facade. The cabin is surrounded by open land, with mature trees visible in the background against a twilight sky.

We had a great stay at the Hope Floats cabin! The cabin had ample room, amenities and supplies! The owners were always available for questions or concerns and responded quickly. Altogether everything worked flawlessly, the cabin was clean and cozy and we had a blast! Thank you for such an amazing getaway!

Went on a get away weekend with another family and everyone had a great time. The house was just as described. It was extremely clean when we arrived. All amenities from home were there: fully stocked kitchen with tin foil and plastic wrap, all the pot and pans we needed, and all the cooking utensils that made us feel like we were cooking at home. The outdoor area was so nice and well maintained. The hot tub was clean and ready to use. The grill had a full tank of propane AND an extra tank. I always bring a tank of propane on these trips because 3 out of 4 times the tank is n its last leg. Not the case here. The host even provided firewood and a fire starter for the first night and a welcome basket with everything we needed for s’mores. The girls loved it! 10 out of 10 stars. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Great place. Super cozy retreat! Seems to be a new property, so not as many condiments etc in the kitchen. Was looking for foil and garlic powder-but my fault for not bringing! I assume condiments will accumulate as more guests visit. Also- instructions for the outside fireplace would be helpful. Maintenance was nice enough to come show me, but I still wasn’t entirely clear after then left. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful little cabin! I took my teenage niece so we were in and out of the cabin multiple times a day. It was very conveniently located. We used Catherine’s recommendations on things to do/places to eat. The hot tub with the outdoor TV was a huge win when it was raining.

A modern living area features a spacious sectional sofa in dark grey, paired with a round coffee table. Textured stools provide additional seating. The high wooden ceilings and open staircase add architectural interest, while natural light streams in through large windows, enhancing the inviting ambiance.

New Luxury Mountain Cabin! Tahoe in the Pines!

We had a wonderful time! The home was more beautiful in person than the pictures show. We loved the hot tub and the layout was perfect for our family! Check in and check out was easy. This home is a little out of town but the area is beautiful and worth the few extra minutes of driving. We cooked for every meal and the stove and oven were great. It had a Keurig which worked well. The laundry room is large and spacious. We did not try out the grill. The fire pit area is nice especially with the outdoor string lights. The fire pit itself is small, but we made s’mores and had fun out there. Overall a really wonderful stay. We would highly recommend.

We are a family with three kids and we had a wonderful stay here. The yard is beautiful with lots of areas for kids to play. It feels like a safe area to let them play outside as well. There was a large dog that wandered into the yard a lot but he was elderly and very sweet to the kids. They were sad to say goodbye to him! The house is charming and the decor is very thoughtfully done. The kids had a blast with the pinball machine and we all had a great time with the record player (shaped like a jukebox) and lots of actual records! So many thoughtful touches and the house is very well supplied with towels, linens and blankets. It is quiet and peaceful, but only minutes away from a lot of family activities like bowling, mini golf, arcade, and multiple other things. Beavers Bend State Park is huge and gorgeous and only about 10 minutes away. Host was very responsive and you can truly tell they care about this property.

The place was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable (and I’m a pillow snob). It was very easy to relax here. My only complaint was it was a little hard to find. The address was not marked really well on the house itself. But still found it fairly easily overall. Deanna was quick to respond and left a light on for us when I told her we’d be later getting in. Would recommend and book again.

Great location if you are looking to do anything in the area such as the state park trails or the roadside attractions. There’s a saloon right up the road where you can go dancing at night or do a brunch after checkout. It is stationed next to a few other cabins with a fire pit area in the back in a more central location, but there is a decent amount of space between the houses. Clean, plenty of space, with porch out back that stretches the span of the house, and there are also basic kitchen tools including things like a cutting board with knives, I believe a blender, cake pans, pots and pans. Also includes a washer and dryer. The washer does rock back and forth and get pretty loud since it’s not entirely stable although my brother did manage to get it slightly more stabilized. Just be aware that the check in time is in the evening so expect to come in later or go do an activity before settling in.

New Waterside Retreat: Private Stock Pond/Hot Tub

This place was so sweet. I have to say the rooms were bigger than they seemed in the pictures. All surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and linens were spotless clean. We had a group of 4 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of space, plenty of bath towels, lots of extra blankets and pillows in closets or drawers. Two masters upstairs and two masters downstairs, TVs in every room, ceiling fans, cold A/C upstairs and down. Did not see a single bug in the place, which says a lot being on the water. My kids loved kayaking, fishing, cornhole, playing pool and video games, watching movies. The house had some spices, several small kitchen appliances, and a good amount of cookware. There was a dollar store about 5 minutes away and a nice grocery store in Broken Bow (about 15 minutes away). In Hochatown my littles mined for rocks, played putt putt, and had snow cones. We all enjoyed the maze, the lake, and the river (all within 15 minutes of the house). Easy area to navigate and find fun things to do!

Alisa’s place was great! Super clean and spacious. Being close to downtown Broken Bow and 15 min from the Beavers Bend entrance and Hochatown was a huge plus! This is a house in a neighborhood and not a cabin so don’t expect to be in the woods BUT it was still very quiet and peaceful! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful peaceful time at Heather‘s cabin! The cabin is very comfortable and spacious. There are so many extra touches that add comfort and convenience from night lights and extra towels and blankets to baby items and plastic dishware for outdoors; even protective gates provided if needed for younger visitors. The backyard and the balcony were absolutely heavenly with beautiful scenery and great play structure for kids. The upper balcony has a protective gate at the stairs, which is helpful for a toddler! Everything was accessible – we felt safe and so comfortable There are multiple games for the older crew and a hot tub on the balcony with a beautiful view of trees and sky. The fireplace on the balcony is beautiful with plenty of seating. The temperature was comfortable inside and outside. We had questions re: local groceries, verifying instructions for entering cabin. Heather and her husband were quickly responsive. We LOVED our stay and won’t hesitate to book again!

We stayed with 4 couples and 3 babies. The house allowed everyone to have their own bedroom, and even gave the child-less couple their own space away from the crying babies. The deck and fire pit were awesome. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was perfect! The only room for improvement in my opinion would be to organize and label the kitchen. I think it was fairly well stocked but there are tons of drawers and cabinets and no way to know what’s available or where to find things. We hope to make our trip an annual tradition and we will definitely book John’s house again if available!

Great family and pet friendly lodge - we had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked -we cooked several meals and used the grill. The game room is amazing to gather in and you will feel like you are the only ones in the woods even though you are in a neighborhood close to all the activities. Less than 5 min to the market! Highly recommend!

Beautiful cabin, the weekend we visited there was snow so the road in was a little dicey but we made it and enjoyed a great cozy weekend. Host was very proactive communicating about the weather and making sure that we were bringing enough food since getting in and out on the roads would not be easy.

Beautiful cabin! Fully stocked with luxurious linens and comfortable furniture inside and out. We had a very relaxing weekend. The arcade games are fun for all ages. Highly recommend this cabin!

If you are looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city this is the perfect place!! We enjoyed the quiet and the pool was an added bonus!! The bed was super comfortable and everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen. The back deck was wonderful as well. We watched football and relaxed on the sectional. Definitely will go back!

The place was absolutely beautiful and everything as the photos portrayed! It was so peaceful! Very clean as soon as you walked in the door. The rocking chairs out back were our favorite spot! We had a fun night of hot tub and s’mores by the campfire! We will definitely come back for another stay.
