In the ten plus years that my husband and I have been using AirBnB we can both honestly say that Sami’s home ranks in the top for us in terms of (1) value (2) communication and (3) accommodations. The property is simply super nicely setup with multiple modern considerations. The house is very cozy and welcoming which made us feel right at home. However, the best part was the communication. Sami was up front and forward with communication. They were simple, and he provided us lists and resources for restaurants and things to do locally. Even more, he was super accommodating in terms of flexibility—by far the most helpful we have EVER seen. We give Sami the absolute highest rating that we possibly can. 11/10!

How was clean, neat, and comfortable. I imagine if the weather was better we would have enjoyed the outdoor amenities. It was also very convenient to downtown.

This was the quiet, relaxing trip we needed. Such a beautiful little home, in such a serene and peaceful setting... Exactly as described and listed. They were also so nice, polite, and welcoming. We ended up at their restaurant for lunch one day as well, and it was such a lovely time.

Great accommodation, perfectly located and very spacious. Communication with David was great, an extension was possible without any problems and in case of problems he was immediately there for us.

This was the second time we have stayed here at Heather's place. The location is second to none; peaceful, private, beautiful. The house was clean, easy to find, easy to access using the lock and instructions she provided. We had a great time on the back deck, utilized the grill and the kitchen with no glitches. Location, location!This is a beautiful location, on the St lawerence river. We enjoyed watching the boats pass by, bird watching, and smelling the flowers. There are 2 full kitchens with with everything you could need. Lots of space with 2 full living rooms and 3 bedrooms. There are bikes to use and canoe. We loved our stay, and cant wait to come back! Lexi is a great hostess very kind and helpful.

This is a magical place. We spent as much time as we could on the screened in patio because of the view, wildlife and relaxation without bugs. The living space was beautiful and functional, so well stocked of essentials and more. It felt like we were visiting friends who were happy that we were there. Great communication, very welcoming. We found the location to be a nice balance of wilderness and close enough to towns for needs. It was a great spot for us as we toured through all the towns outside of Ottawa. This area of the world is beautiful. And there are no better hosts than Julie and Tony.

Clean, comfortable home away from home. Front start to finish, John was an excellent host. The stay was great, and we would definitely book again if needing to be in the Kingston area. Thanks John!

This was the perfect addition to my wedding weekend! Julie made it extra special with a welcome sign and bottle of champagne to great my guests and I! The place is absolutely stunning, so warm, cozy and just what we needed for a wedding stay with the bridal party. It surpassed my expectations and Julie and her partner were wonderful - we even had a tour and learned some history on the place. Can’t wait to come back !

A bit of a drive but well worth the peace and quiet of this beautiful cabin in the woods! My friends and I spent our weekend kayaking, puzzling, and BBQing. Mike was so responsive and everything was very smooth. Would definitely come back!

Very spacious comfortable accommodation. No easy place to go for a walk other than the main road, and driving required for food and drink.

I had a fantastic stay at Scott's Airbnb! He was incredibly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When we had an issue with the pool lights in the evening, Scott promptly came over to assist, which we greatly appreciated. His communication and dedication made our experience truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying with Scott and would definitely book again!

Angela's place is great for a group getaway, she was helpful and easy to communicate with.

We had a busy time with two family events and really enjoyed returning to the house to relax and enjoy your amazing back yard. It is truly a peaceful oasis! We had a great stay at this cozy place! The host (Jake) was super responsive and made everything really easy for us. Even though we were mainly in the area to visit the Thousand Islands and just needed a spot to crash, the Airbnb itself had so much to offer—hot tub, pool, and a fun games room. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub because we spotted a snake hanging around the hot tub (just one of those outdoor surprises), but aside from that, the stay was definitely worth it. Would happily come back and recommend to others!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Michele’s beautiful home! The house itself was great; clean and spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was extremely peaceful and nice, with a large pool, patio, hot tub and barbecue for us to use. I’d highly recommend staying here for anyone looking in the area!

Great view of the river, passing ships, and fantastic sunsets… which is what we were looking for in our few days up on the River. place was nice and cozy. wish we had more time to relax and enjoy. I’d return here again!

Kate's place is quite lovely and provides an opportunity to be a part of Glen Tay Valley history. The Garden's are beautiful and sitting in the summer house is a treat. Great place for reading a book with a glass of wine in hand. Our dog loves it there too as he can watch the bird life by the Tay river. Kate's digs are a great spot for resting in between adventures in the Perth area. Absolutely charming. It was our third time back.

Christine was really great! We had trouble with the heat, but she was quick to respond and fix the issue. The place is nice for such an old building. Good beds, nice living room with smart TV, great kitchen!

We enjoyed the cabin over a family weekend. It was cosy and thoughtfully designed. We liked walking the trails on the property and watching the bird feeder. Christine went out of her way to help us make the most of our visit, even during a very rainy first day.

Renfu and Ying are super hosts. To any questions we had, they responded in a heartbeat. We conveniently got to access the property a bit earlier and they were even mailing us a personal item which we unfortunately left behind. We would recommend this spacious and neatly kept home to anyone - the kayaks you can take out while on vacation are a fun addition. Thank you Renfu and Ying :)

We loved it! The cottage is located in a private area on the lake, well-decorated, and has 4 levels making it very spacious. The hottub and sauna were awesome - perfect for our winter stay. We liked the couch in the downstairs living room as it was big and comfortable, and we appreciated the Roku for easy streaming. We had no issues driving to the cottage even after heavy snowfall - the private road and driveway were cleared. Walkways, stairs and decks were also cleared. Plenty of room outside for walks with a dog and other activities. We would highly recommend Siobhan’s cottage!

I wish I could give 1000 stars. His little slice of heaven on the lake in the woods was amazing. He was an amazing host. We will definitely be back and we are going to bring out daughter next time.

If your looking for beautiful scenery and beautiful, peaceful environment this is the place. Ellen is a very responsive host. I would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
