Flat 2 Brockenhurst Apartments is a warm, comfortable 2nd floor apartment. It has a double bedroom, sitting room with TV and bluetooth speaker, bathroom with bath and separate shower, and kitchen/diner with oven, hob, under-counter fridge, microwave and dishwasher. It is within 10 minute walk of the railway station, and on the doorstep of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is a bakery next door, cafe, butcher and veg shop opposite. You can easily walk from here to the beautiful Forest.

Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

A New Forest cottage that is ideal for couples, small families, or nature-loving friends . The cottage is located on the edge of open forest and within easy walking distance of Brockenhurst village centre with its many country pubs and award winning restaurants. The cottage is fully equipped. Guests can also enjoy the garden to dine outdoors, and perhaps spot deer in the field behind. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite with a feature bath), king-sized beds and comfortable mattresses.

Hut in the Forest
A charming oak Shepherd's Hut, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

Having retained all its countryside charm thanks to the original wooden features, the HayLoft feels cosy and homely yet is surprisingly spacious and well-equipped given its size.

The Armadilla is a unique, self contained Pod at the bottom of our quiet large garden. It’s located just a short walk from the mainline station, village centre shops and restaurants. Handbuilt in Scotland by craftsman the Armadilla has a kitchen, the 2 sofas can convert into single beds or a king size bed, there is a wetroom. Underfloor heating and filtered air keep the place warm, cosy and clean. We have secure off road parking for one car.
