Monthly Rentals in Broadmarsh

Stayed here for a month for work, was very comfortable, beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. Well appointed house with great heaters, electric blankets etc. Natalie and the owners made a special accomodation for me which was greatly appreciated and I will hopefully be able to stay here again next time I’m in Hobart!

A truly unique place in stunning surroundings. Very conveniently located near MONA and the wildlife sanctuary with a couple of lovely wineries nearby. The comments from previous guests are accurate - one large living area so suitable for a family.

Good hospitality , Joe is friendly and attentive to your needs , going the extra mile to provide the extra service . The place has its own entrance if you use the side stair going to the unit , you just come and go without disturbing anyone .The steep driveway is not a problem at all as there’s much plenty space to park in or reversing out . There’s also parking space on the main street. You have your own privacy during your stay .There’s a small outdoor where you can enjoy a cuppa or wine . Overall it was a good stay .

We had a wonderful stay - the home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect- quiet, safe and just a short drive to the city. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hobart!
