Un jardin à l abri des regards et du vent pour profiter du temps et se détendre après une journée d’exploration.

Hello and welcome aboard this lovely attic studio, perched on the top floor of this beautiful 1939 "Ti Melen" Carnac house. Ideally located between beaches and megaliths. Once you're settled in, its theme will let your imagination run wild, extending your experience of our beautiful country. We'll be happy to share our favorites (restaurants, shops, walks…). A living space with living room, open kitchen, sofa bed (160 x 200) for 2 people, bathroom with toilet and a bed (90 x 190) for 1 person. Beautiful terrace facing the sea.

You will appreciate the cocooning atmosphere of this small house. The house consists of an entrance airlock, a living room with a kitchen area, a showeroom, upstairs: a bedroom with a large double bed 160 cm x 200 cm bed. The whole overlooks a small courtyard furnished with a garden furniture and a barbecue in summer...

Our "Bed in Baie" garden level – with private terrace and entrance – is located in the heart of the Baie de Saint-Brieuc nature reserve, halfway between Mont Saint Michel and the Pink Granite Coast. Close to hiking trails (the GR 34 -in photos- and the Vélomaritime) and 2 km from all amenities, and... from the SEA.

Orangery near the sea

The house, located on a 1.1 hectare property, is located 1.5 km from the nearest beach, 2.5 km from a nautical base and village of Baden with its shops, golf and riding center. The pier for Île-aux-Moines is very close and new hiking or biking nearby.
