Quaint, second floor apt., private master suite (full bath) and two additional bedrooms (full bath). Other features: gated yard, beautiful view of Aquidneck, private deck, parking for 2. Drive to end of road to enter gated property. Owners occupy first floor and have a calm dog. Read "safety" section for restrictions on children.

Family of 5 with 3 dogs lives in attached main house. Please know there will be sounds of kids playing/dogs occasionally barking!
