Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Brindisi

We had a lovely time, the property is less than five minutes walk to beaches, great views and lots of restaurants! Very happy with everything and Katia was quick to respond to our questions

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

Iacopo was the best host I have experienced on Airbnb He'd thought of everything, every little detail was catered for. He explained everything clearly at check in and have left some thoughtful welcome amenities. The house is in the middle of the beautiful historic centre. I couldn't recommend this highly enough

A wonderful four night stay in the historic centre of Lecce. The apartment/house was larger than expected. Perfect for families or friends travelling together. Giorgia was a great host, meeting us early at the apartment so we could store our cases. She provided drinks and breakfast food. All those little extras make for a special stay. I highly recommend a stay at Giorgia’s house.

The perfect accommodation for two, for a few days in this wonderful town! It is small but super divided. Everything is super clean. The location is awesome. Just a few steps away from the pedestrian zone but still away from the hustle and bustle. And Vito is a very pleasant host. Thank you again!

Lucci d'Oriente exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, cheerfully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything: nothing is missing. From every window you can see the sea, as if you were inside it. The terrace with direct access to the sea is a real privilege. Going up from there to the apartment requires some effort, but it's totally worth it. It is ideal for a family with children, very comfortable and functional. Santa Cesarea Terme is quiet, with some options for eating light and enjoying an ice cream. The parking lot next door is free if there is space, and very accessible if you pay. Rita and Stefano were exceptional hosts: attentive, friendly and always available. They made us feel right at home. We would definitely come back!

Very charming apartment. Good beds, well-equipped kitchen, working smart TV. In a beautiful area with beautiful beaches and old town. Parking in the neighborhood is a bit more difficult, but there is always a place to find, even if it is a bit further away. Host is very helpful and welcoming.

Large apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, clean and in a quiet surrounding. Nice rooftop with kitchen, 360 sea view! A washing machine and an iron would be useful when you stay a few nights.

Every time you travel, you have that feeling of finding something new, although being a host deserves to have the desire and time, this woman and her partner have made us want to get to know them better, they are charming people, respectful, reliable, and very friendly and kind, we will gladly see them again in their beautiful apartment. The apartment is gorgeous and we could not get over how beautiful the terrace was in real life! The location was perfect for exploring the old town and the beach. We absolutely loved our stay in the Artist's Apartment and would recommend to anyone visiting Lecce! The space had everything we needed and a beautiful terrace, with a hammock - perfect for relaxing after seeing the city. The shower is very small but this didn't bother us. The place is walkable to the beautiful old town and has air-con. The host let us in slightly early which was really helpful and appreciated. The flat was beautiful and had fun quirky art everywhere - we loved our stay!

The propery is trully amazing. The house has all the emenities you can think of. The outdoor space is beautifully maintained, the pool is super clean as well as the interior. The linens and towells smell amazing and the house is equiped with everything you may need. The location is easily reachable, it’s so quiet and serene. The house is spotless clean. It is trully an amazing place to relax and enjoy the Puglian vibe. It is located perfectly, a short car ride from everything such as Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni etc. It is the nicest airbnb property we have ever stayed in. Beatrice was always available via text and provided all the information and support needed.

We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place with our family of 5. The property and home are beautiful. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There is ample patio space for dining or relaxing. We went off season and didn't use the pool but it looks wonderful for the summer. The old stone part of the house has great character. The hot tub is a great way to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ostuni, which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to see. We greatly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

Mirko and Sharon are extremely warm people and hosts. You can feel how much love the house and the property were designed with. The living/dining area is a great place to relax with huge floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the ocean. There are many seating and lounging areas on the property; everyone will find the right place for themselves. The kitchen is excellently equipped. Mirko and Sharon gave us a lot of valuable tips for exploring the area as well as for restaurants, which we would also recommend without hesitation. As a starting point for diverse places in Puglia, Urmo is perfect; a historic place nearby is better than the next. We'll be back.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Sara's beautiful Villa. It was perfect for our family and was exactly as shown in the photographs and in the description. The grandkids particularly enjoyed the pool which we had heated for the week. Facilities in the house were great. BBQ and outdoor kitchen area were very useful and enjoyable. Easy access to Ostuni with its many restaurants. The location allowed easy access to all the main routes around Ostuni to enable us to readily explore towns and beaches in Puglia. We would happily go back again in the future.

Trullo Silentio is a magnificent property, we spent beautiful days in absolute peace and quiet. Valentina is an impeccable host, always ready for any eventuality and I take this opportunity to thank her again for helping us in every situation. The trullo has been renovated with extreme care and taste and both the interior and exterior spaces are perfect for fully enjoying a perfect vacation. We were two couples and spent a week in one of the two villas. It was simply wonderful and perfect. The beautiful interior of the house and the fantastic parklike garden with a wonderful pool, the outdoor kitchen and the huge olive-garden make it impossible not to have a fantastic stay in Puglia. A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).
