Cozy accommodation with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. During the 2019-2020 expansion, a lot of emphasis was placed on ecological materials. Clay plaster, clay paints, natural wood paneling, natural stone and wood floors. Many historical details, such as sandstones and old wooden beams, are still preserved and make the house a special gem.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The duck house is a comfortable and family-friendly vacation home for two to five people. The entrance is on the back of the property, where our guests have their own parking and a small garden with a grill corner. The upper floor consists of two large bedrooms with double beds and a modern bathroom with shower. Your dog is very welcome for a small fee.
