Saif's place was extremely clean, very new and had a very well equipped kitchen. He was also very proactive, providing utensil and consumables whenever requested. The off-street parking was spacious and very convenient.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb. The space was exactly as described. The location was ideal, close to local restaurants, shops, and public transport.

Deniz as a host was helpful and responded quickly. When asked, Replaced the hot water kettle and floor standing fan along with some kitchen accessories almost immediately via her property manager !! Appreciated acceptance of a late checkout without additional charges as a friendly gesture. A stay at Deniz’s apartment would be highly recommended!! We truly enjoyed our stay for the 6 nights we were there. Thank you once again for everything Deniz !!

Great place to stay near Sunshine train station.

Just as advertised and shown in the photos. Small but cosy unit, had everything we needed in it. Shops in easy walking distance to grab groceries. Exceptionally fast internet, comfortable bed, and mostly clean. Overall, a good BnB and perfect to base out of while in the area.

I loved being so close to the shopping centre and other food businesses. The lake is just on the other side of the shopping centre and lovely to sit by or walk around. The apartment complex made me feel very safe and secure for my entire visit and even had help from one of the residents when I had a question about something. Thank you to the hosts for providing a lovely place to stay with a nice view and offering excellent communication.

Alot bigger then the photos look, its a clean and beautiful apartment with lots to do in the local area. David is amazing with communication and any questions we had, he was a fast responder and answered any questions we had thoroughly, and with respect. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a cozy apartment! The only problem we had was the garage door key but had kind people there to help us out and was at no fault of the key itself.

Property was as described. When there was a minor issue, was very responsive.

A beautiful house and a great host. I had a wonderful time here. Ben has been very helpful in helping my family while we fixed our own house through the flood disaster. Ben is very friendly and responsive to us. A peaceful and private place with enough amenities to make the stay feel like a holiday. Perfect for getting away from everything. It is also a very convenient location too. It is close to the market, restaurants, and public transport to the city and other areas. The house had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend it to anyone who want a house in Melbourne.

Everything was fabulous. Great accommodation (super comfy bed!!), exactly what we expected. Pet friendly, although we didn’t take our dog this time will certainly will on our next visit. A great stay!

We were immediately impressed with our accomodation both inside and outside. We did not want for anything and we were very comfortable even on the couple of very warm days during our stay. We could cook if we chose to with shops nearby to cater for this. Many takeaway or restaurant options as well. Was exactly what we needed. We had our own transport so having a carport was very welcome.

We had a very good time staying at this place. It is very close to public transport and easy access to Melbourne cbd.

The house is clean, private, and peaceful. Parking space quite small for my large MPV, but still okay. Host super responsive and helpful. Overall is great house👍👍

The house is nice and clean, just a 20-minute drive from Melbourne CBD. The host is friendly and very responsive.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Very good stay at Ace's place. He has reponsive and the place was quite and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything regarding our booking was clear and well communicated prior to our arrival. Our early check in was accommodated easily, and we were welcomed and shown around additional accessible facilities in the building. While we didn’t end up using the pool or outdoor area, we would definitely consider coming again at key times such as New Years for the amazing views. The apartment was as described, clean, and comfortable. One bedroom window whistled during a slightly windy evening, however, the sound didn’t last long. In all , we would recommend.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

Jim's place was nice and clean, great view and walkable distance to restaurants and public transport.

Lovely little apartment with an incredible view and super close to the train station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and close to lots of amenities (supermarket, shops) and of course just across from the train station making our journey to Avalon Airshow super easy. Gorgeous views of Docklands, especially at sunset and night. Aster was an incredibly attentive host, very quick to message back with any inquiries. 10/10 would stay again.

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!
