Guesthouse vacation rentals in Brimbank City

Loved my stay. Perfect for purpose little idyllic spot. I’m a fan of tiny homes and this is a very similar size accomodation. The bed was really comfy and the bedding was pristine. Kitchen is a little dated but completely functional and Jennine has thought of everything her guests may need. The bathroom is beautiful and modern with decent water pressure allowing for a nice shot shower. The bath and the garden were amazing. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to use the bath as I had a lot of work to do during my stay. I did feel a little vulnerable sleeping beneath that huge Manna Gum tree but I did know that was going to be the case prior to my booking. But I could never have predicted the spectacular storm and power cut and sleeping under that tree! I must admin to being a bit worried about it. Jennine was proactive, and she messaged me where to find emergency candles. Couldn’t have asked for a more accomodating owner. Very happy I chose this peaceful place. Thank you Jennine.

Barbara is a wonderful and caring host with a genuine interest in pthers. The accommodation is set in a beautiful garden and has a lovely cottagey feel. It is in a great location near public transport and a great array of shops. It is also lovely to be able to walk to the beach. Could not have been happier.

Our two night stay at Anthony's was very comfortable - a great little place with everything we needed. Fabulous location as so easy to get around and with all the attractions of inner city north. We would love to return and next time get out on the bikes!

A beautiful guest house overlooking a gorgeous pool & garden. The homemade lemon cupcakes, fresh bread, chocolate & homemade strawberry jam on arrival were a lovely touch. The amenities were excellent - we loved the bone china teacups + saucer, multitude of tea + coffee options, and luxurious bed linen. Our host Peter was very friendly and responsive to our messages. The checkin & checkout process was simple & efficient. A very pleasant spot for a weekend getaway.

Rose was an amazing host. She accommodated all our requests from the booking stage and was very welcoming and hospitable. The location was perfect for a small family - quiet, serene and yet a stones throwaway from town or the winery areas. 10/10 will be back again.

We loved our stay here! Fitzroy is our favorite neighborhood and the location made it easy to get to all of the shops and restaurants while being far enough away for some peace and quiet. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Absolutely loved living here for the time that I was in St Kilda. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, and directly across from the beach could not have had a better stay thank you so much for hosting me. I cannot wait to come back and stay there again.

We had an amazing stay. It was outstanding accommodation with everything you needed to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. An awesome location just minutes walk to the beach and a trendy neighborhood with great cafes and supermarkets. The property was clean, comfortable with great a/c. Flower was an amazing host. Sam's place was perfect for our family. We needed something close to the main Hwy that would accommodate a family of 5. The kids thought it was awesome being in a 2 story, and there was an awesome little surprise for the kids under the stairs 🤗 We were in walking distance to the supermarket, which was perfect as we checked in late-ish and needed food for dinner and breakfast. Overall, a great spot for us to stay on a long trip home.

An oasis, tucked away in a gorgeous suburb! Could not be more convenient, perfect for solo or partner traveling. My partner and I adored the character and atmosphere that Melbourne had to offer! Cannot thank lisa enough for creating a homely and thoughtful space ❤️ we can't wait to visit again!

Michael was a great host, responsive and had easy to follow instructions. The dog barely barked and it’s a nice peaceful neighbourhood. The apartment was spotless and perfect for a couple nights away.

Everything was perfect! I already miss that really comfy bed with its luxurious linen bedsheets! I really liked the funky vintage plates and bowls too. Oven worked well and was nice and clean. Fridge was generously sized and the kitchen overall was a pleasure to cook and prepare food in. The location of this apartment is amazing with such a pretty river walk just a short distance from the door. Highpoint shopping centre is a short drive away, with lots of shopping options. But, best of all for me were the many op shops within easy commute in Moonee Ponds, Footscray and Ascot Vale. After loading up on some new preloved clothes, the laundromat across from ALDI was close by and perfectly serviceable as far as laundromats go. Perfect home away from home and I would book again for sure!

Property was as described, clean and tidy. It was a nice cosy stay. However the only recommendation I can make to Nerida is to have a washing machine and a dryer available for convenience 😊😊 It was a pleasant stay and met our needs for the week we were there. Highly recommend to others looking for a place to stay.

Great little place and I really had a lovely peaceful time here. Was able to have some me time, while also spending a lot of time with my family who live near. Walking distance from a supermarket, gym, the beach front, Altona train stop - super easy to get around - would definitely stay here again!

Oikos is a sweet sanctuary in the city. Quiet, private, peaceful. Beautifully built, light filled rooms with garden views, lots of closet space and a comfortable bedroom. It’s an easy walk to the train, shops and a pretty little lake and riverside walking path. Tessa and David are kind and thoughtful hosts who made us feel right at home. Recommend!

Ange‘s guestroom was the perfect location for me and right smack in front of the tram stop 96 which took me into the city , visiting the South Melbourne and Queen Victoria markets and also St Kilda beach at the end stop . There are quality cafes within walking distance , beautiful walks along the Merri creek and the CERES and parks. Her guestroom was private separate from the Main building . Ange was very responsive to a few issues with cleanliness that I encountered on the day that I arrived and also with the cleaning company on the day that I left, but she resolved it immediately.

Really excellent location, close to a range of excellent food and shops on Sydney Rd, and direct access to to trams on Sydney Rd and Lygon St. The flat is sparse, simple and clean - perfect for the traveller who wants to explore the city. Would stay again.

My family and I were thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the entire experience. Peter and Heather were extremely prompt and clearly explained all aspects of the stay. The location is private and separate from the main house. I would definitely recommend this location as it is close to the airport and a short walk from the train station.

I really enjoyed staying at Denise's place. It's a very cute second floor space in the back of her courtyard separate from the house. It was very cozy and comfortable. I was able to do laundry and hang them on the laundry line in the backyard. Great windows out front that welcomed the morning sun. And very easy to get to the local train station which was under a five minute walk away. Lots to do in the area in very safe. Thank you Denise!

Bronte was an excellent host. Super friendly and accommodating. The place is a perfect little self contained space. Spotlessly clean and some lovey little touches. The park across the road was lovely for a walk and a play on the playground.
