Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Brimbank City

Our stay was wonderful, perfect location and a tram stop almost right out the front allowed us easy access to city centre. As we were visiting a friend in the area we hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

We are a retired couple who spend a lot of time travelling and as we do not always want to be out all day, everyday accommodation is very important to us and as we see ourselves as travellers rather than tourists we love the feeling of "living" somewhere rather than just "staying" and in this respect Sebastians place was hands down one of the best we have stayed in in a city environment. The views were far reaching and spectacular and we were not overlooked in anyway. The apartment was spotlessly clean with good fixtures and fittings and very comfortable. 2 minutes away from Southern Cross Station, the Skybus etc, 5 minutes away from day trip pick up spots and 5 to a big Coles supermarket. We would not hesitate to stay again if we return to Melbourne and recommend to other visitors.

Staying at Christian-Paul and Will’s place was incredible! The images were a perfect depiction of the space and located in the best part of town. The provided amenities were so thoughtful and the hosts nailed everything we could possibly need during our stay. We loved being able to walk to all the great spots in the area and felt like locals. It was a far better option than staying at a hotel in our opinion. Should we find ourselves in Melbourne again, we will definitely be checking back in! The apartment is beautiful but still livable. Clean and very comfortable. The parking is secure and convenient. Claire and Nick are friendly and responsive to any problems, which were small. I would highly recommend and happily return.

The accommodation was perfect, central location and easy to get around. The styling of the space is stunning, makes you feel right at home. Loved our time here

Very beautiful view , in the centre of the city. Walking distance to many attractions. Love the decoration and plants in the apt, as well as the dining table setting. We got 4 people staying here. The host is caring and friendly, they provided more than enough towels for our use. I will choose this place if I come to Melbourne again.

We had a good stay at Chris’s place. The room was good and we had our own bathroom. We enjoyed using the pool and we were grateful to be able to do laundry. All in all it was as expected.

Fekt like I was still at home. Stevens was such a great host, so easy to get along with and sooo friendly. We had such a great time in this home with the owner went out and beyond to make our visit such a memorable one. The house was beautiful and very clea just like what it described on the website. I am definitely stay there again if I visited Melbourne again💯

Incredibly kind and accommodating hosts, house was clean and as depicted in pictures. The perfect spot for me during my long term stay and also great value, I couldn’t recommend Ryan and Rhiannon enough!

- Quick walk from the station. - A good area in West Footscray but friends were elsewhere. - People are living there on a monthly, year-term basis. Some people are chatting, others like to stay in their rooms. - A lot cheaper than elsewhere especially when I got the place on short notice.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! Nice room with a private bathroom, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the bus and train station, making it easy to get around. Bryan was an excellent host - friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay!

Leylas property was fantastic! Great location and the views were amazing. The only issue I had was the car park was a bit technical but leyla gave very clear instructions. Great if you’re going to just leave your car, bit of a hassle if you are going in and out. Overall great property, would recommend!

Such a beautiful welcoming stay that feels like home. It was the perfect location for exploring Melbourne and so close to every major tourist attraction. Ky was so friendly, welcoming, and pro active on chat. She gave us some great recommendations for local attractions. Kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking a meal at home too. P.S. Plant lovers will love this place!

We loved Romaine’s flat - just looking over the Merri creek. It was just a very pleasant place to stay and the balcony was lovely in the mornings. Bed was comfortable - shower was great. Communication was great all the way through though I got things wrong and had to make last minute changes. Would definitely come again. Thanks Romaine. . .

Stayed for the F1 race with a few friends. Great location. Walking distance to the race, plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Very nice rooftop with great view. And friendly host. 👍🏻

Beautiful and sunny top floor apartment. The place was very quiet but in great location near all the shops and bars in st Kilda. Lawrence was very helpful and quick on responses.
