Voor de liefhebber van rust en ruimte. Midden in het prachtige coulissen landschap van het Westerkwartier ligt onze woonboerderij. Het oude kippenschuurtje verhuren wij als Bed & Breakfast. In de omgeving kun je heerlijk wandelen of fietsen. Direct aan een knooppunt route. Openbaar vervoer en een supermarkt zijn op fiets/loop afstand. Drachten en Groningen liggen 15-25 autominuten verderop. Leeuwarden is ongeveer 45 minuten rijden. Ontbijtpakket mogelijk, liefst voor aankomst doorgeven.

Wellkom in de Kijkhut dat centraal in het noorden van Nederland ligt. De kijkhut is op 15 min van Groningen. Het Westerkwartier kenmerkt zich door het mooie coulissenlandschap. De provincies Drenthe en Friesland liggen om de hoek. Een half uur rijden is het Lauwersmeergebied en de boot naar Schiermonnikoog. Wij serveren niet standaard een ontbijt Op de ochtend na aankomst is het ontbijt kosteloos op basis van maximaal 2 personen. De dagen daarna kunt u het ontbijt bestellen voor €20,- p.p.

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

De accommodatie, met eigen ingang, is recentelijk gerenoveerd en is helemaal ingericht voor een comfortabel verblijf. Gedurende de zomer zijn de ruimten heerlijk koel en tijdens de winterperiode behaaglijk warm. De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand ( 5 min.) van het station ( trein + bus). Met de auto is de accommodatie uitstekend bereikbaar, op korte afstand van het Juliana plein, waar de A7 en de A28 elkaar kruisen. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

The barn was such a lovely place to stay for a peaceful weekend. Caroline and Bart were so helpful and gave fantastic recommendations. If you’re looking for day trips, it’s also a perfect base for exploring. We drove 30 minutes to catch a ferry to one of the nearby islands and it was perfect. The barn has loads of space and a lovely picnic table outside that was in sunshine and perfect for eating/drinking. Will definitely return.

Leuk en gezellig huis met een boerderij achtige sfeer. We hebben ons zeker thuis gevoeld. Het heeft een hele fijne grote tuin. De paardjes van de buren liepen op het grasveld rond tegenover de tuin. Dus we hadden goed uitzicht op de mooie paarden. Het huis heeft stijlvolle meubels en het rook er het hele verblijf lekker. De koffie was heerlijk! Alles was schoon. De bedden lagen fijn. Het huis zit wel dichtbij een industrieterrein, dus vrachtwagens rijden al vroeg in de ochtend hard langs, maar met het raam dicht weinig last van gehad! De kringloop om de hoek is leuk en Leek is ook een erg gezellig dorpje verderop. Het is dichtbij Groningen. Dit huisje is zeker een aanrader!
