Samo 25 m od pješačkog mosta gdje se nalazi i poznata šetnica "Promenada" uz rijeku Dravu, u blizini poznatog kupališta "Copacabane". Preko puta objekta nalazi se park Perivoja kralja Tomislava i nekoliko teniskih igrališta. Od objekta imate samo 250 m do glavne tržnice i 500 m do Tvrđe i samog centra. Mogućnost besplatnog parkinga u dvorištu. Slijepa ulica u kojoj se ne naplaćuje parking!

Had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and cozy, with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the little extras like Netflix, HBO, and complimentary instant coffee and tea – perfect for relaxing after a day out. The host, Davorin, was fantastic – quick to reply and always ready to help with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
