Located between Saumur and Angers, not far from the Bioparc of Doué-la-Fontaine, the troglodyte houses of Louresse-Rochemenier, it will be a central starting point for all your visits. We will be delighted to welcome you and introduce you to the sweetness of Angevine!

Sheets and towels are provided free of charge. In a quiet area of Doué-la-Fontaine, this charming cottage is located at the bottom of the owners' garden, with total independence and privacy. It offers you a bright living room with all the necessary equipment, 2 bedrooms with dressing room and 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet. For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided, the cottage is air-conditioned and equipped with Internet.

Upstairs is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. (sheets provided) Access to a terrace. At your disposal is a large wooded garden of about 4000 m2. You'll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. It is an old house made of tuffeau stone located in the heart of a troglodyte courtyard. The gîte has a fitted and very well-equipped kitchen but also an outdoor courtyard with terrace (barbecue, garden furniture). My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends.
