Situated in a rural location, but convenient for local amenities, this self contained flat with private access consists of a living room, bedroom and en-suite bath/shower room. A large window in the bedroom provides beautiful views of the local landscape. Private parking is provided on site with the town of Ormskirk being a 10 minute drive away. Town Green train station is a 5 minute drive away, providing trains to Ormskirk and Liverpool, and excellent local pubs are within walking distance.

High beamed ceilings give a spacious, rustic feel and the double sided log burner makes the living spaces cosy. A ‘home from home’ for our guests, and many return to stay again. My apartment is contemporary, compact and very comfortable. The property is situated in Blundellsands which is quiet and leafy. Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.
