The place was incredible! It’s a great location on a very pretty street and walkable to all kinds of things: restaurants, parks, train station. And Tim was a wonderful host. The place was cleans and honestly even bigger than it looked in the pictures. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming little 2BR unit on a quiet street, easy walk up, well-maintained kitchen and furniture. Host is a great communicator (but not excessive). Easy digital code access. No issues whatever.

Great place for our trip to Boston! Quick drive into the city. The space had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. Place was clean and as described, and the place is a short walk from a grocery store and restaurants. Perfect place to stay in Allston.

Nice place to stay, convenient to all things Boston. 15-20 minutes to everything! Comfortable, nice TV, nice mattresses, and very responsive hosts. The water pressure in the shower is a bit low - something to be aware of if you have long hair to wash. Overall it’s a great place to stay and was the perfect fit for four people to spend a nice weekend exploring Boston. Thanks again.

This place is AMAZING! An absolute must stay. Close to public transit, restaurants, coffee shops, in the cutest neighborhood. We were in awe of how adorable and perfect and homey the apartment is. Truly one of my most favorite stays. The hosts were communicative and even let us drop our bags off early as we were coming from another air Bnb and didn’t want to lug our suitcases around Boston all day. I had some questions about check in and they responded to me in minutes. Truly wonderful.

Very nice apartment with all amenities that are necessary for a long stay. I stayed for a month. The house is fully equipped. There are washing machine and dryer which are really helpful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Easy access to bus station and metro.There are many nice restaurants in the neighborhood of Somerville. Hamed, the host answered all my questions immediately and whenever there was a problem with the electric appliances he was always available to solve it. I would recommend this apartment definitely for long stay in Boston.

I had a fantastic stay at Sarah’s apartment. Her place is as pictured, and it was clean, quiet and had everything I needed for my stay. The apartment is close to MIT and the T (15-20 minute walk). Sarah was extremely communicative (and flexible!). I would highly recommend Sarah as a host and her place for a stay in Cambridge.

This was such a charming place in a wonderful location. Griffin and Carolyn were responsive and took really good care of us. They are great hosts who we highly recommend and would book with again!

Shirley's place is as described. It is comfortable and generous in size. There is parking available both in the driveway and on the street(with a supplied parking pass) for two cars altogether. Fresh linens are plentiful and the kitchen is very practical for cooking and eating in. Outdoor furniture on the back porch allowed us to invite over friends and socialize in nice weather. It is simple, but comfortable.

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

We very much liked staying there. It is a nice neighborhood and very close to South Bay shopping mall with many restaurants and easy and convenient shopping. It is also very close to all major attractions in Boston but much quieter environment. Our host, Marian was extremely helpful, proactive and super responsive, the best we have had so far in our trips. I strongly recommend this place to families.

This was the second time we had stayed at Kristin’s. We loved it so much last year we had to come back! Nothing beats the view from the rooftop deck. Everything you need, to include ample public water access, is just a short walk. We plan on making this a yearly stay. The fact you can bring your pup is an added bonus!

Great stay! Perfect for our needs while visiting our son. Cute and comfortable living space, comfortable bed, hot shower, great coffeemaker with pods provided, nice dining table, good location. Really appreciated the offer to check in early/out late, though we didn't end up taking advantage of it. We'll be back!

Our stay was wonderful, our hosts were communicative, and I would be more than happy to return. The unit was immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. The living room and kitchen are incredibly spacious - more so than I would have thought from the pictures. The outdoor spaces provide nice fresh air, and everything else is as advertised. But, sometimes, it's the little things that make an AirBnB. I took time each day to recover with a nice sauna. They have the things that hosts normally don't provide but everyone needs - aluminum foil, saran wrap, ziploc baggies, extra blankets, extra towels, and more. The shower that I used was great. Good water pressure. Good HVAC and water temp. Great natural light. Keyless entry, meaning no "who gets the keys" juggling. No ridiculous checkout expectations. So many "good AirBnB" boxes checked. :) The location is great to either explore East Boston (which has its own charm I wasn't aware of) or to get downtown. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Very comfortable place with deck where our dogs could be outside with us while we enjoyed the weather and a glass of wine. Kitchen well-equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves. The nespresso machine was wonderful. Also, Starbucks was just a short walk. The in-unit laundry was very convenient. The college was also a short walk where our pups could enjoy some green space. There is a park by the beach which is also a short walk, it was a little harder to get there because one must cross a busy street but, well worth it, once you got there. Downtown was a bit of a hike but, again well worth it once you were there and you did not have to worry about parking. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this condo.

Annabelly was a wonderful, responsive host. The place was as described and looked just like the pictures. This is a great price for the location, with lots to do within walking distance. Having 2 parking spaces was a big bonus too. We would definitely stay again!

Joseph’s place was lovely. The home was spotless and hosted a family of four perfectly. The extra effort of a little snack basket upon arrival was a nice touch. We took full advantage! The location is a great jump off point for Boston and surrounding areas. Joseph was very responsive and easy to talk to. We would recommended.

We stayed at Elena's apartment for a month and found it very comfortable for a long term stay. Elena was always responsive and was quick to troubleshoot a minor issue at the start of our stay. She also kindly let us check in early when we arrived during a snowstorm. The parking space is a great bonus since we only needed our car when we decided to do some grocery shopping in the suburbs. The house was warm even on the coldest days and we found the beds really comfortable. The wifi was reliably fast and having access to Amazon Prime was a nice perk.

Had a lovely stay in the cute town of Winthrop. The house was an old, but very newly renovate with all the quaintness you find in a well cared for historic home. The beds were comfortable. It was in a great location and there were so many nice ammenities that other places I’ve stayed did not have. The little extras like the laundry detergent, the Keurig and pods, a bottle of wine All meant so much. I was with my son and daughter in law and two granddaughters, and everybody felt immediately at home. Will definitely return.

having your own first floor apartment is amazing it is central to all things in salem. only thing I noticed was floors creeked alot but that added to the area. Could hear upstairs people doing stuff. not a problem for us. told my kids it was a ghost upstairs and no one was above us. they ate that up and wanted to buy a ouija board to talk to that ghost. was a great experience
