The house includes an entrance leading to a living room with TV, a fitted and equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven, TV) on the 1st floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a TV as well as a bathroom with toilet. Small outdoor area with deckchair and table to enjoy during lunches.

You will be in the heart of Etampes, a city full of charm. Close to shops, city center, recreation center. From the train station, you can reach Paris for the PARIS 2024 OLYMPICS.

We offer an independent 18 m2 studio, located in the courtyard of our main house, in the small, very quiet country village of Guillerval. Our studio is located 500 m from the Chemin de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle. CHECK-IN: FROM 4pm TO 8pm.
