Cosy 2 bedroom city centre flat with WiFi, on the first and second floor of a high rise block. Located opposite NESCOL, it is close to Lidl, Morrisons and the Bon Accord Centre, a short walk to Union Street and about half a mile from the University of Aberdeen. Bedrooms are light and roomy. Fully equipped kitchen, open plan TV lounge and seating area and a balcony to the front. Great location for visiting the town centre with regular bus services to Union Square, the airport and TECA/P&J Live.

The apartment is only a 15 minute walk to city centre, and a bus stop directly outside the apartment, Boots, Asda, Sainsburys and B&Q are a 10 minute walk away on the same street and the Duthie Park and Riverside at just a stones throw away.
