Cosy 2 bedroom city centre flat with WiFi, on the first and second floor of a high rise block. Located opposite NESCOL, it is close to Lidl, Morrisons and the Bon Accord Centre, a short walk to Union Street and about half a mile from the University of Aberdeen. Bedrooms are light and roomy. Fully equipped kitchen, open plan TV lounge and seating area and a balcony to the front. Great location for visiting the town centre with regular bus services to Union Square, the airport and TECA/P&J Live.

Aberdeen City Flat, close to city centre

I was delighted to find this cosy basement apartment close to the city centre of Aberdeen. I was very happy to have the use of private kitchen and bathroom with the bedroom. This property doesn't have a living room but for me this was ok as you have a dining room table and chairs to sit in the very quite location. Communication with the host was very fast and the home was lovely and warm with fresh towels and amenities to use such as a fridge and washing machine plus iron and more. The inside is worn in and yet homely as you get what you pay for and I was happy to get this home from home. i did have to give the floors a sweep and mop which was properly an oversight as the rest of the areas were clean and tidy. It's a property that could use a lick of paint otherwise I did enjoy staying here. It's absolutely a home from home. Even the access was easy with a key safe and clear instructions with 2 pages of informative information on the table which was very welcoming.

A modern spotlessly clean flat with plenty of room and a bit of a hotel vibe. Crisp sheets. Plenty of pillows. Beautiful equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom. You can walk downtown in about 15 minutes. Kind of narrow stone stairs up to a back entrance, not a problem but could be an issue if you are mobility challenged. All in all, great value for the money. Friendly hosts.
