Small studio style basement apartment, full kitchen with gas stove, coffee, dishes, pans, silverware, microwave, full bath, access to washer/dryer, iron, and wifi with plenty of storage. Dog crate, TV in both bedroom& living space. ONE FULL SZ BED, sleeps 2 comfortably (up to 7 with use of couch, air mattresses) Off street parking, separate rear entrance w/no access to main house. Pet friendly. Landlords live upstairs, **you may hear their dogs or them upstairs (downstairs is not soundproof)**

The home is only a short drive ( 15/20 minutes) to Local beaches such as Pleasant Beach& boardwalk ,Bay head , Mantoloking but you won`t want to leave our beautiful place when you can enjoy the pool , hot tub and bbq on our back patio with stunning view of the ocean.
