Unit is connected to main house but separate. Shared entrance with other guest but private unit. Full size bed, mini fridge, coffee maker and a super cool indoor shower with skylight as roof. Enjoy the front patio No smoking inside. 7% Community fee is for County Taxes. Bungalow has a generator for occasional power outages

Studio 410 is a tiny hideaway mere blocks from downtown. You feel like batman as you drive down the alley and pull into your own secret covered parking! Enjoy your shaded outdoor area surrounded by a privacy fence or chill out in the studio’s living area. There’s a small kitchen with everything you need for light cooking as well as a charcoal grill. The cozy sleeping loft is up a ladder, it has windows, a window unit ac and a queen-sized bed. It’s cute but funky, y’all!

Located in the heart of downtown Alpine Texas this private ground level loft-style unit is the perfect place to scout out the city, explore the surrounding towns of Marfa and Fort Davis, and discover the beauty of Big Bend National Park. The building was constructed between 1908 and 1912 and features original tin ceilings, and funky plaster, funky windows, and it is located on the end of the building! Bed is a king, futon is 3/4 size.
