The gîte is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700 m from the beach, the GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the equestrian club and the "Prévithal" balneotherapy center. From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

Just 10 minutes from the sea, this magnificent cottage offers every comfort, including a private spa and a 200m² private, fenced garden.
