Great new apartment, very peaceful, practical, comfortable, and exactly as in the photos. Professional host had great recommendations; and made all the practical stuff easy: Good directions; Flexible check in with code and key box; QR codes to enter Venice sorted and sent; bins on site to leave rubbish easily on departure. Can only recommend.

Ivan was an amazing host. Had everything we needed for the night stay. 3 rooms for my clan of 7. kitchen was cramped but the bedrooms were nice. the bathrooms were a little cramped as well but we made do. everyone had plenty of space. he even had coffee tea and treats for the kids!!! the showers even had shampoo conditioner and soap!!! when we're back in Venice we will be staying again! the kids didn't want to leave and head to Florence.

Very nice place to stay. Host was super helpful and friendly, very easy to communicate. Check-in and check-out time was flexible. Host provided lots of good information about places to visit. Accommodation was clean and it felt like a home. Would recommend it 100%.

Fabio’s place was well furnished and exactly as described. The location was excellent with easy access to everything but tucked away enough to be relatively quiet. Fabio’s colleague met us for check in and gave us an excellent dinner suggestion - best meal we had in Italy. Highly recommend for your stay in Venice!

This was a fantastic property! The area is very clean and walkable to great food, wine and water bus stations. The apartment was very clean, Valentina was great!!!! An AirBnB we had previously booked cancelled on us the day before our trip the Venice. I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Incredible beautiful place, at the right location, and the most amazing hosts. Location: it is located more in a quieter and I’m assuming residential places in Venice - which is super good as the tourists hotspots are way too loud. The location is easily accessible from anywhere to anywhere. Has a lot of eateries around too. The house itself is straight out of a dream. Super pretty and well maintained and was sufficient for the 3 of us. Hosts: the hosts were always super responsive! Very clear in their communications and always super understanding. Thanks Christina for checking us in even though it was super late. Monica responded super late night in an instant when I had an issue - and resolved in quickly! Cleanliness - 10/10 Amenities - 10/10 Not sure if I missed on anything, but overall it was a great experience to live here while we were in Venice. Thanks Monica, Cristina and team!

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

The House suited us perfectly. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. It’s part of an amazing group of 16th Century buildings around the central courtyard. Once inside the gates, it was quite quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking there. The area is amazing with easy access to Lake Garda, Verona, and wineries in Valpolicella. Highly recommended!

Alessandro is an excellent host - friendly, a good communicator with plenty of local tips. The apartment was wonderful - the air con was much needed and he thoughtfully provided water, juice and everything we needed for breakfast. Would totally recommend!

Antonella welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us around the apartment. She was always available to us and also gave us many helpful tips for excursions, restaurants and shopping in personal conversations. Antonella has furnished the perfectly restored apartment in a stylish, modern and cozy manner. The kitchen and bathroom amenities are very, very good. It lacks nothing and everything is spotlessly clean. Terrace and garden are well-kept and quiet and offer wonderful views of the village and lake. Albisano is a very pleasant place with restaurants that have simple but good cuisine. One is very close to the apartment. A small shop as well. We felt very comfortable with Antonella and would be happy to come back. Antonella is a very likeable host.

Monica’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at in a long while. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, spotless and had absolutely everything needed for a perfect stay. Loved having both washer and dryer in the apartment as well. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the freeway, and grocery making it simple to get around. It's a lovely and homely place in the middle of a busy touristy city. Feels very authentic, not just an empty space. Real plants, not something purchased from the supermarket, that kind of thing. The balcony is a lovely extra. It's not quite as free of noise as some of the other reviews suggest, there is a lively street just around the corner and the activity is present by moment, and the street below is narrow and used by local people. However, it was never too much, and mainly just added to our pleasure of the place, a 'real feel' that is specific to the area. We were very well looked after, and if we had friends visiting Venice we would definitely recommend.
