The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.

We are the Braasch family and in our house there is a small but nice apartment with a separate entrance, which we would like to offer as a guest apartment. Our house is close to Leipzig Airport but not in the flight path. You can get to the motorway quickly and get to Leipzig, Halle, the airport, Nova Eventis, Belantis, etc. quickly and easily.
