Our gîte, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, is located in Brèville sur mer, in a small hamlet preserved between the sea, 10 minutes' walk away, and the countryside around the gîte. The gîte is 5 minutes from Granville and its pier for the Chausey and Jersey Islands, 700 m from the beach, the GR 223, and 5 minutes from the Granville golf course, the equestrian club and the "Prévithal" balneotherapy center. From the cottage you can discover on foot the many paths that run through this heritage village.

My beach hut

In Saint le Thomas (between Granville and Avranches), as close as possible to the beach with views of Mont Saint Michel and the cliffs of Champeaux Quiet and relaxing location Cabin with everything you need to cook and sleep comfortably (you will find 2 real beds made on arrival / sheets and towels provided) Check-ins are between 4pm and 7pm but we know how to adapt. You can park your car next to the cabin. Nightly rental (except July August 2 nights minimum)

Les ARDENTES, 40 m² apartment located on the 1st floor of a fully renovated 6-apartment residence, 200 m from the sea, the city center and its shops. It has a large private terrace with individual entrance. Within 300 m, discover: the sailing school, golf, racecourse and 5 tennis courts. Come and discover the joys of shore fishing during high tides, enjoy walks along the seawall just a stone's throw from the apartment.

1st floor apartment that sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms, 1 with 1 160 x 200 bed, the other with 2 90 x 190 beds. Kitchen with multi-function oven, refrigerator (freezer box) dishwasher. Small appliances (kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster). The accommodation is independent (entirely rented), access to the accommodation is shared with another apartment, as well as the courtyard.

It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.

If you want to rest and enjoy the beach, the villa is for you! This is a fully renovated 40 m2 vacation home, 130 m from the beach, comprising a kitchen open to the living room, a shower room, a first bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a second bedroom with two 80 x 200 beds (pillows, duvet and blanket for each bed), terrace, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.

Very comfortable room, recently renovated, next to our home but which remains completely independent. Other things to note If you book only 1 night, sheets and towels are not provided.
