The accommodation is in a great location with its parking space, it's great! Spacious and well-equipped, as described. Small downside on humidity and soundproofing but I recommend it anyway. !

Joëlle communicated well, was very responsive and gave us a warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. It is well positioned right in the centre of Saint Pair - you can watch the butcher roast chickens and lamb from the apartment window. A short stroll from the stunning beach.

It's always a pleasure to stay with Edith and François. Impeccable accommodation, tasteful decor and a short walk to all the shops in this beautiful city of Avranches. Edith and François are adorable, it is a real pleasure to interact with them and we will come back with confidence.

The accommodation is superb, as described, very clean and tastefully decorated. The owners are extremely responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal: close to everything, whether to visit, eat or get around.

It's an apartment that is the host's home, she rents the whole apartment and isn't there. There are two flights of stairs to the entry. There is plenty of space for 2. The bed was comfortable and the room can get very dark with mechanical shutters that block out all the light. You can hear neighbors at times, but it was very quiet at night. There is a lovely bath tub to soak in. The host meets you for check in and check out. There was a lot of local information. It's a great base to explore the Normady region.

Thank you so much for your welcome. The accommodation is well located, easy parking close by. Has the minimum daily requirements. Maybe there's a lack of insulation between apartments. Street so if the window is open, you can hear traffic. But I quickly abstained because the beach is just around the corner and the purpose of my stay was not to stay at the apartment. I will come back without hesitation.

We had a great weekend at the place. It is close to a bar, restaurant and convenience store on foot, while being in a very quiet alley. It is ideally located between Mont St. Michel and the landing beaches! We had a problem and the hosts were very responsive. Thanks to them!! The little extra that makes the difference: the jacuzzi to relax after a good day of sightseeing.

We had a very good night in this beautiful cottage with its large shower, hot tub and queen bed, the bottle available in the fridge and the chocolate rolls served in the morning were perfect 👌

Well-arranged, well-equipped home. In the city center, nice shops, many restaurants. Close to Mont Saint Michel. The whole is very satisfactory.

Clean and suitable accommodation for our family of 5. Very quiet area, close to the beach on foot. 45 minutes from Mont St Michel. Presence of a 5 seater hot tub on a covered and gated terrace, well heated accommodation and possibility to make a flare in the fireplace in the evening. We didn't miss a thing . I would recommend it in a second.

Stéphane was a super welcoming and attentive host. He recommended activities to us for our stay. Breakfast and the meal tray (requested at the last moment) were excellent. The price paid for the accommodation as well as the services offered by Stéphane is very good, hard to find better elsewhere :)
