The house consists of an entrance hall, kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump, a new bathroom and two bedrooms with new double beds. The cottage is located on a beautiful natural plot, where you can often see deer and squirrels from the living room/terrace, and at the same time, it is less than 200 meters to the swimming pool, shopping area and the playground. Primitive Wooden Cabin located in the forest. Close to Bredeådal (natura 2000) with fine hiking and fishing opportunities. Draved old-growth forest and Rømø/Wadden Sea (UNESCO) are also within reach by car. There is an efficient wood stove, 2 winter sleeping bags (Catharina Defence 6) with associated sheet bags, as well as regular duvets and pillows, blankets/blankets, etc. Fireplace that can be used whenever the weather permits. Hugely charming wooden house located on 5000 m2 of undisturbed surroundings overlooking a scenic and protected area with heathland. Occasionally, a deer or two will stop by. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the Kromose area. A quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 meters walking distance on a path. Enjoy your morning coffee and tranquility on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights in the winter months.

Newly renovated cottage - all new in spring 2020. Lovely cottage, quietly located in Kongsmark on Rømø. Large sunny terrace surrounds the house, which is nice and bright everywhere. The house contains 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom with underfloor heating and direct access to the house's sauna, as well as a well-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Via the terrace, there is access to the annex with additional sleeping space for 2 people.NOTE!! In the winter months, the annex is closed, so the house is only for 4 people in the period October to March.

On beautiful natural grounds, secluded from the road is our cozy cottage. Modernized with new kitchen, bathroom, roof and facade. In addition, there is a wooden terrace facing both south and west, so you can enjoy the morning sun, the noon sun and the evening sun. The house has a heat pump that can easily keep the house warm. There is also a wood-burning stove as a supplement. (Bring your own firewood or buy it on the island) There is also chrome-cast for the TV.

Huset har stor dejlig sydvendt lukket gårdhave, hvor man kan nyde solen hele dagen. Der kan parkeres på gaden tæt på huset to timer gratis mellem 10-18 på hverdage og lørdag mellem 10-14. Ellers er der gratis parkering hele døgnet ca fem minutters gang fra huset
