Within walking distance there are museums (including the Kunsthal), the Erasmus bridge, the Euromastpark, the famous Wittedewith street and plenty of nice restaurants. Easy to reach by public transportation. The metro stations (Leuvehaven and Eendrachtsplein) are nearby. There is one private parking space (closed by an electric fence). This location is very convenient to experience the real Rotterdam for a few days.

In summer it makes for a terrific spot to swim and lounge in the sun. In winter taking a refreshing plunge in the river after using our Finnish Sauna is highly recommended. The city center and it’s terraces and bars are with-in 10-15 minutes of walking distance. Public transport is very, very close. Trainstaion Leiden Lammenschans and the busstation is a 3-minute walk. Just want to relax or work? No problem. The house has all you need: a good place to work and chill. You’ll get company by our two sweet cats.
