Monthly Rentals in Bream Bay

One of our best AirBnB experiences! Beautiful location close to the river, friendly hosts, outstanding amenities and facilities and easy access to the town of Waipu and the nearby beaches. We only wish we had stayed longer! Would highly recommend.

Lovely stay, highly recommend Lil's place. The location is awesome, so relaxing, comfortable bed, everything you need for a great stay is provided, love there is a full size fridge, BBQ, washing machine and dryer amongst other essentials. Lil is very helpful and there is plenty of information about walks, where to go and what to see. Being able to walk across the road to the water each day was a bonus and the views from the unit are forever changing as the tides come and go and the sun rises and sets. Some days there are cattle next door at the fence. I highly recommend staying and will return in the near future.

We loved our stay with Kathy and Bryon! The place was lovely, so clean and comfortable and they thought of everything! We especially appreciated the stocked pantry and fridge essentials. The area is beautiful. The beach is so close by and the town was a close drive away. We came with plans to go to the beach, hike, adventure etc but cyclone Tam had other plans. So we instead had the coziest, relaxing time while we hunkered down waiting for the rains and wind to pass. It was honestly just what we needed. We will definitely be back soon. We stayed one night at Val’s place and absolutely loved it! The house faces a stunning beach view with easy access to the shore and the beach itself was simply amazing. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures on Airbnb, and the place was perfect for our group of 11, including two children. Val was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in. He was always ready to help and made our stay so smooth. The house had all the facilities we needed, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Thanks again, Val!
