We have coffee,tea and a few other essentials.egyptian cotton sheets and flat screen TV in every room.full laundry room with soap and dryer sheets. we also have a fenced in yard that is dog friendly. bbq and bicycles downstairs. stocked bathroom with soap,shampoo and conditioner.our goal is to make the cuttlefish as guest and pet friendly as possible.

Beautiful and comfortable home, we truly enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed and more. We loved being able to walk to and from the beach. Just a heads-up: bring extra drinking water for cooking and hydration. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely come back!

Father's Day weekend 2025 Kelsie's home was so cozy, clean and accessible. My family of six and an infant were very comfortable. She went above and beyond with the extra amenities. Responds immediately. We were in walking distance to the jetty's and a short drive to the beach. I will definitely recommend her home to family and friends.

Walk Right Out To Sand & Surf, Literally!

Love staying here when we go to Surfside. We have stayed at this address 3 times now in 2 different units. No shoes necessary to get to beach! Walk down the stairs from the unit, and you are on the beach. We always stay in the lower units … not the top ones. The porches on the lower units get the shade from the units above them. The kitchen supplies aren’t great. We bring our own sharp knives, frying pan and ziplock bags or storage containers. The space is minimal and functional. Just what I want for the beach, frankly. Bed was really, really comfortable and we slept great each night. Great location. Best location on Surfside, IMO. The beach is much less crowded here compared to the locations closer to the bridge. And there are 2 restaurants walking distance as well as ice cream shop even closer. 979 properties is very responsive. Never had any problems with them.
