Vacation rentals with a kayak in Brazoria County

An absolute perfect home for our family! So spacious and beautiful! We were very impressed with how well stocked it was...from spices/seasoning, coffee, canned goods and much, much more. Enjoyed the kayaks on the creek, so peaceful and pretty. Our boys fished for hours and hours, crab traps were so useful - had a crab boil after catching several. Huge thanks to Callie for being super responsive and giving plenty of great tips! We're already planning for a return trip!! 🤩

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Jan’s house! It was beautiful in the photos but even more gorgeous in person! Everything you could think you will need was provided and more. The kayaks were a blast, the neighbors were friendly too, out swimming in the canal waters. Regardless if you are going for the serenity and peaceful views or if you’re going for fishing and crabbing, it had it all. The back of the house sits on the canal and the front of the house has a very perfect view of the bay and you can fish over in the open lots on that side and that was a really awesome experience catching large fish and talking to the other renters and neighbors. The inside of the house is very beautiful with plenty of space for the amount of guests that are allowed, me and my husband plan to rent this house again in the future with our family and we know that everybody will be comfortable. This stay was extremely peaceful and very warm. I enjoyed it as well as my family the pictures are very accurate, they are very responsive as well thank you again, the boxing bag was icing on the cake for sure lol.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice, had everything we needed. The view of the river is great.

It was our first time in Surfside beach and had a lovely time. I loved the location, really has a beautiful view and it's beachfront so we could walk up and down the beach. We did a family vacation including my 5 and 2 year old and my sisters baby. Lots of space for everyone. Beautifully decorated. We would book again!

The place was just as described and a great space! There was enough room for our 3 families to spread out. We hit a slight snag at the house due to no fault of theirs and I called Kathy and she was great and very responsive at getting it solved very quickly. The rest of the trip went by without a hitch. The kids had the best time fishing on the canal, especially at night with the green lights in the water. There is a picnic table by the canal where we had lunch and played with the giant connect 4 from the garage. Kitchen had enough stuff for us to be able to cook dinner every night. Beach access was a short drive right in front of the neighborhood and there is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before getting in the house. The home was great and Kathy was a great host! My families had the best time! Thank you.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. It was definitely well equipped with activities for all ages. The downstairs kitchen was a great touch when preparing food to grill. This house was better equipped than a William Sonoma kitchen store! Our family will definitely invite friends next time since it was so spacious. Thanks for being an amazing host. The Traw Family

My family had a amazing time here. The house was clean and the beds are comfortable. Mr. Eddie always responded promptly and very helpful.

This was a great place to stay, the owners made us feel welcomed and helped with anything they could. Would definitely recommend.
