This modern designed apartment is located in the historic house of the dance master, right on the Schlossplatz, in the middle of Wolfenbüttel. Despite the central location, you will stay here quietly and surrounded by greenery. The balcony is suitable for both breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening, or simply to relax with bird chirping. The extra-wide window seats invite you to enjoy your morning coffee/tea overlooking the Schlossplatz, or directly at the castle. The apartment is 80 m².

Recreation in the forest settlement of Glashütte, House Iris

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Here you can participate in the bustling multigenerational lunch on Fridays, or simply relax on your terrace and watch the storks land.

Die Zwei-Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich in einem traditionellen Fachwerkhaus etwa 10-Autofahrminuten von der Wolfsburger Innenstadt entfernt. Sie befindet sich im ersten Stock und wird über eine Treppe erreicht. Das Badezimmer wurde im Jahr 2020 modernisiert. Kompakte Fahrzeuge können auf dem Hof und größere an der Straße etwas 20-30 Meter weiter abgestellt werden. Die Waschmaschine & der Trockner im Waschraum können gegen eine Gebühr von 2 € genutzt werden.

The house is quietly located in a turning hammer and surrounded by old trees and therefore perfect for families with children. It's just a few minutes walk to Lake Tankum. On the lake, there is a swimming beach, pedal boats, stand up paddle boards, mini golf, soccer field, volleyball net, barbecue areas and various gastronomic offerings. The surrounding nature invites you to extensive walks, hikes and bike rides.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
