My boyfriend and I stayed at Eva's place for 3 nights and it was absolutely ideal. Eva had sent a list of instructions on how to get into the building and the apartment, including images to make it as clear as possible which was much appreciated. The apartment had a gorgeous view and was well located in a beautiful area. There were plenty of lovely restaurants and shops within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy and just lovely. The air conditioning was brilliant which was my much needed in the 34 degree heat! Eva was very responsive and checked in to see we had gotten in okay and checked if we needed anything. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat! 😊

Saveliy couldn’t have been more helpful, and his place is absolutely fantastic. Even though we arrived late in the evening he met us with keys and took us through check in. Right in the middle of the historical old town with plenty of great bars and restaurants right around the corner. Regarding the location, the property is incredibly peaceful and quiet with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We will certainly be recommending to friends and family!

The location could not be better for those of us who wanted to stay centrally in the old town. The apartment was clean and neat and the beds were very good. It was really hot when we were there and cooling in the bedrooms was therefore the rescue for a good stay. We missed nothing but an extra set of keys, because there was only one set and there was no way to unlock the door from the inside if someone locked themselves out and took the key with them. Attached to the shower could also advantageously be fixed, because this only worked for those of us who were under 165 cm 🥴 But all in all, this was a great place to stay for 4 adults.

The apartment was just as shown in the pictures, with both rooms being quite spacious. The bed in the bedroom was big and comfortable, and our child slept on the living room couch without any complaints. There’s good storage space for a rental, which was really appreciated. The street is quiet, and the balcony is surrounded by trees, giving the place a relaxing vibe. It’s close to a park with green areas, playgrounds, and a cute café with ice cream—perfect for a stay with kids. We had a convenient parking spot, and the apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the old town. There are a few small shops nearby and a larger one about 600 meters away, so grocery shopping on foot was easy. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the dishwasher not working, but hopefully, that will be fixed soon!

The apartment is nice, spacious and very quiet too. The only bad thing is that the streets around are very dark at night, but everything in the apartment works very well. You can come and go to the historical part of the city by walking and there are food and mini-super options if you need them. I liked.

A fantastic place for our team to stay. Everything from the location and apartment to the communication was 5 stars.

Deluxe 1bedroom Apartment with Coffee Machine

I stayed 9 days and didn't want to leave. This 1 bedroom apartment was beautifully designed and furnished, very comfortable with plenty of room. Everything is modern, spotlessly clean and well stocked with kitchenware if you need it, but with so many great nearby restaurants, plus the Old Town tourist zone just steps away, you won't be cooking much. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The security of the building is a plus in such a busy area. Only flaw I can think of is that for some reason, the apartment gets oppressively hot. The portable air conditioner in the bedroom works well and makes it easier to sleep with the door closed. Of course, I stayed in the middle of the summer and even night time temperatures in the city center remained warm. Cooler times of the year, I'm sure everything will be OK. All in all, after adapting to the heat, it was a true pleasure staying here, I would definitely stay again in the future.
