Lovely place to stay, my only comment would be no basics in the fridge! Travel all around UK using air BnBs for work and most have Milk, bread etc and sometimes even champagne/alcohol beverage. However that doesn’t change my opinion overall great place to stay. Nice quiet relaxing spot. Thanks again.

Highly recommended! Beautiful cottages and location, perfect for our group holiday. The kitchens were equipped with all we needed, the accommodations had great showers and comfortable beds. The garden is an amazing outdoor space perfect for summer dining. We really enjoyed our stay and Kirsty was a brilliant host, she was really responsive when we messaged. Thanks again!

Host were really accommodating and met us on arrival and showed us all the amenities. Our girls loved the princess theme and games. They enjoyed playing with all the children on site. The site had everything we needed and we all had a great time. Highly recommend this for others

We came to Grantham / Barkston to attend the FIA Karting Worlds Championships and this home was the perfect base camp for our family. Very close to the track, excellent layout of this new home with a nice private courtyard out back and a detached garage. Great modern kitchen, bathrooms, and super comfortable beds. The service / hospitality was first class and we hope to stay here again when coming back to PFI. Thank you for a wonderful 5 weeks.

Wow what a place, we had a truly lovely stay! Lucy is a fantastic host, very welcoming, friendly & informative! Lucy even left us a welcome basket! Filled with essentials plus prosecco, biscuits & a homemade lemon cake - Lucy went above and beyond! It is such a beautiful, private, welcoming and relaxing annex! Perfect for a break from busy day to day life! Fab for the puppies too, with a private secure outdoor garden and amazing location with great walks and trips. James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

The place was spotlessly clean and the kitchen very well equipped. We cooked Christmas lunch and wanted for nothing. Nice touches like basic condiments, kitchen roll and every type of cleaning materials you could want. The main bedroom is small but the large bed is extremely comfortable, ditto the pillows and duvet. We slept well. Could do with some hanging space, wall hooks and some coat hangers would do. Very nice linen and towels and large chest of draws. The 2nd bedroom also has a very comfortable bed and again well equipped. Living room is warm and comfortable with AC available. TV could do with an upgrade, poor reception. The internet was great with 37Mbps speed. Shower room/toilet is fine but could do with a heated towel rail in winter. The local town, Wragby, is a seven minute walk away with two good pubs, takeaways and a Co-op supermarket. Really friendly people too. All in all the place was perfect for our seven day stay, thoughtfully appointed and highly recommended.

We have just got back from this stunning property and already can’t wait to go back, the place was absolutely spotless and equipped with everything you would need for a peaceful couples getaway. The hot tub and the views were just beautiful. Karla was such a helpful and responsive host! All the instructions for check in/getting there was clear and helpful. We even arrived to a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us which I thought was a gorgeous touch. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone and will 100% be coming back.
