The apartment is in a great location in easy walking distance to everything around the channel district, lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. It was clean, in a nice building, easy to access and the host was kind and communicated with us well. I'd stay here again for sure.

1000/10 RECOMMEND !!! Love love love the aesthetic of this place, Jeremy was super helpful and accommodating and the space has absolutely everything you need! Loaded closet with all the beach supplies you need AND a wagon to tote it all around! The space was super cozy and also got a cute little welcome basket with things to use during your stay! We will definitely be coming back to this space for our annual florida trip!

Everything was wonderful; it felt like home. It's a fantastic place to stay. Very peaceful at night, and the pool was just right.

The check-in is correctly described, a little confusing and parking is not very clear. you should pick the non reserved spots or you may get in trouble. That said, I would go back in a heartbeat

Chris was a great host. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice and recommendations. The property was amazing. His décor was outstanding! The details were perfect. The property was easy to access and easy to enter. The Bay and pool were right outside our window. The bar at the pool had lots of options. There was even entertainment on Friday night at the pool. We felt completely safe and the parking was also easy and covered (under the condo). We loved our stay at this property. Highly recommend property and host!

This place was perfect! We found that whatever we needed or forgot was provided in the condo. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and loved sitting with our coffees (lots of varieties) on the balcony. Definitely be returning.

The stay was awesome! The condo has an incredible view of the water and my wife and I were able to see dolphins and other marine life. The amenity descriptions were accurate. The condo’s AC blew nice and cold and the shower water got very hot. There were a few minor hiccups upon arrival but the host communicated very well and we were able to get them handled. This place is very close to the beach and there’s a Doc Fords Rum Bar right next door that’s within walking distance and has a very nice outdoor patio overlooking the water. This was extremely convenient. My wife and I spent a lot of our mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony of the condo watching the boats exit and enter the marina area. The view is incredible and extremely peaceful. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Alexandra was easy to communicate with, especially since I had made a change to the reservation. My daughter lives in the complex, and when there is overflow family visiting Tampa, I will definitely book this place again.

We had a really nice stay here! Probably my nicest AirBnb stay in quite some time. The location is perfect, and the space itself was even more spacious than we initially thought just from looking at the photos. I loved how big the kitchen was! The linens were super fresh and clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The huge oak trees on the property are seriously gorgeous and the house has been so well renovated. It really did feel homey and not your typical cookie cutter AirBnb. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The house was not only beautiful but also incredibly welcoming—my family felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The beds were super comfy, and we all slept so well. The kitchen was impressively well stocked with everything we needed, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The outdoor space was also a big hit—perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We were so comfortable and happy here that we genuinely didn’t want to leave—we even considered staying an extra night! It was the perfect home away from home, and we’re so grateful for the experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly peaceful stay. We had a great stay at Joel's place from May 8-12 while we were visiting Tampa for our daughter's graduation from USF and USAF Commissioning. Joel was very responsive, friendly, provided lots of recommendations, and made us feel welcome. Upon arrival there was a welcoming graduation sign in the yard along with flowers, a card and some decorations inside. This was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. It was also wonderful to have k-cups, water, sugar, etc. provided for us at the house. I also loved that there was workout equipment in the garage area. I used the treadmill a couple mornings before venturing out for a daytime activities. The house is super convenient to Busch Gardens and USF's campus.

The stay was very nice and cozy. The neighborhood was super quiet as well. It was a very relaxing getaway

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.

Amazing time with my family will definitely consider staying at keisha’s place again. Quiet neighborhood and the house looks as described and even better in person.
