Das Apartment MountainView am Fuße des berühmten Brandnertals wurde im Herbst 2024 umfangreich modernisiert und wartet nun auf deinen Besuch! Das Apartment ist infrastrukturell perfekt angebunden. Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Das Chalet 2 bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Es verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einen Essbereich mit angrenzender Terrasse, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Skiraum, eine Außensauna mit Ruhebereich im Freien. Im Carport kann ein Elektrofahrzeug aufgeladen werden. Alle Bereiche des Chalets stehen ausschliesslich unseren Gästen des Chalet 2 zur Verfügung. Es gibt kostenloses WiFi und 2 Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang und Zugang zu Streaming-Angeboten (eigene Codes verwenden).

The '12er Residence' is the former family apartment of the '12er Huus', which was renovated in 2022-24. The apartment offers a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen with beverage cooler and bar counter, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a sports depot (skis, bikes) and a charging station for the e-mobile. Enjoy the great view and the fresh mountain air to the fullest on the terrace or relax in the garden sauna in the evening.

In the middle and yet secluded is our lovingly furnished apartment, Bike'n'Board Lodge. Right at the entrance to the village at Schliefwaldtobel and only a 10-minute walk from the center of Brand. The large balcony, as well as the chill-out barbecue garden, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Our new chalets offer generous space for 2 to 6 people. On the ground floor there is the modern kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower / double sink, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. On the gallery you will find a fantastic view to the mountains and enough space to linger in the cozy seating area. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms with a view to the forest.
