As an agricultural cultural heritage, we have finished our 2nd apartment downstairs. We took over the style, from the previous owner, and continued. We call it "charming rustic". Outside behind the house is a terrace and a seating area under the chestnut tree. We only mow paths out of consideration for the animals that live here and seek refuge... such as hares, hedgehogs, pond newts, frogs, ducks, deer, butterflies and much more. Upon request, you can also book together upstairs and downstairs.

Water in the immediate vicinity

This charming apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful old building from around 1900. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular Südstrand with various and good restaurants and bars. Large windows let plenty of light into the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and one single bed. It is perfect for a great stay with family and friends.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Small cottage in the countryside

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic spot in nature. The beautifully appointed small apartment is ideal for two adults with or without a child. In addition to the fully equipped apartment, the small playground right outside the front door, the natural pond, the sauna and the fireplace can be used. Each by arrangement. The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10,- is to be paid on site.

I am happy to pass on my cottage to transit travelers or vacationers. It is centrally located in the village near the dike. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. Bed linen and towels included 3 bicycles (adults) + 1 children 20 inches can be booked by arrangement for a small fee. E-bike on request as well. Public transport can be reached in a short distance. The garden in the southwest offers a garden house, seating, lounger and a relaxation hanging swing

If you love something special, you will love the time in the stilts house "Alison " with a view of the Weser and direct beach access. There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.

When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest.
