This renovated old gardener's cottage sits within the grounds of a Victorian house and commands beautiful hillside views from an enviable elevated position. The cottage consists of an open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with overhead shower and the other with a zip and link king size bed which can be separated into two small beds (2x2'6"x6'3") and en-suite shower room. All rooms look to the patio and hillside view.

It is located on Auchendryne Square in Braemar, a few hundred yards from The Princess Royal and Duke of Fife Memorial Park where the annual Braemar Gathering takes place. Hayfield Cottage is fully insulated and centrally heated. The two wood burning stoves aren't needed to keep the house warm and cosy, but they can be a welcome addition in the winter.
