You have the use of a private veranda with views of the countryside and the opportunity to take in the village atmosphere.

Due to the living accommodation being upstairs, this property is unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Location close to Airbus, Rolls Royce, GKN, MOD & UWE. We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
