Immerso in un ettaro di giardino ma a soli 3 minuti di macchina ( 20 minuti a piedi con ritorno in salita) dal centro della città di Bra e dai suoi servizi, parcheggio privato e gratuito in cortile, posizione dominante con ottima vista panoramica. Per chi vuole rifugiarsi nella tranquillità della campagna con le comodità della citta a portata di mano. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la Langa , le sue terre e degustare i suoi vini. Vi aspettiamo !

Once the elementary school of Monticello d'Alba, today a home for 9 guests that has kept the village's soul. 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with views over the Langhe hills and the Alps. A great fit for families and friends, but also for remote workers: there's a room set up as an office. Free parking for 2 cars included. We're 9 km from Alba and 8 km from Bra; we recommend driving, as public transport is limited.

Charming Holiday Home with private spa located in Laghe and Roero, an oasis of real relaxation where you will therefore be the only guests. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
