The houses are twin duplex villas with 6 beds. On the lower floor, there is 1 bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a large veranda-style balcony; on the upper floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony, and 1 children's room (2 single beds). It is surrounded on all four sides by a lawn area and has a swimming pool. Terrestrial broadcast TV is also available. There is a very large grass garden with a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen has cutlery, plates, pots, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. There is 24-hour hot water.

The village has plenty of oxygen, beautiful nature and climate. Lübbey Village is one of the first villages built with stone structures in an adjacent order. While 650 people lived in the village until 1984, now 10 live there.
