The apartment is large. A large room where we felt right at home. Maria Fernanda responds quickly. The people at the front desk are very friendly. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Highly recommended.

El apartamento es amplio, moderno, comodo y limpio, tal como se ve en las fotos y tiene todos los amenities necesarios y mas (agradecemos sobretodo el delicioso cafe colombiano). La localizacion no podria ser mejor, muy cerca hay dos estaciones de transporte publico, ademas de superpermercados, restaurantes, comercio en general y parques (muy importante para nuestra hija), todo a solo unos minutos caminando. The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable. It has all the necessary amenities and more (we appreciated the delicious Colombian coffee). It's location couldn't be better, withing walking distance you'll find two stations for public transportation, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping and parks (very important for our little daughter). The apartment is in a very quiet complex next to Club Payandé and has everything you might need. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and cool. The pool is in excellent condition. The hosts were always in touch and responded very quickly. We would come back without thinking.

I had a great stay at Juan's place! Everything went smoothly—from check-in to check-out. The apartment looks just like the photos, and the location is super convenient—within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other spots. The security staff in the building are also very friendly and helpful. Just a heads-up for future guests (and this is totally out of the host’s control): there is a construction site at the corner right across the street, and it can get quite loud starting early in the morning. I recommend bringing some earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Other than that, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Juan!

The stay at Mauricio's place was great, he was always responsive and provided us with all details for checking in and out. We could use a parking spot inside the building, which was very useful and safe. The WiFi was very good as we needed to do some remote work. The apartment overall was ver well decorated and everything was functional. In the surroundings you can find breakfast, lunch, copyshops and more. Overall, I would definitely recommend the place!

Location is great and Yunny was always responsive. The beds were comfortable and the apartment very clean. To improve: Showers and a desk to work would be great if more than two people are working in the apparent.

Staying at Gilberto's was a great experience. The apartment is large, comfortable, and perfectly clean. A closed development makes it safe and quiet. I loved it was perfectly clean. It had all amenities I needed including a laundry machine. Location is relatively close to the airport, but good transport links to anywhere in the city. Dedicated studio area was useful for me as I needed to work everyday. I would be glad to stay here in the future.

I would definitely return to Marcela's place, it is a well-located apartment, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. I traveled alone and felt safe in the property. A few minutes walk away you can find places to eat and enjoy a good drink while observing the daily life of the town. Recommended.

I recommend it very nice, very comfortable and the customer service very good, I would come back tomorrow if I could haha; the only thing I would recommend for future guests is that when arriving in Paipa by waze or Google maps they look by the name of the building and do not be guided by the address or the link of arbnb, since it has a fault and you end up elsewhere, a clearly issue of the app and not from the hosts but it's worth mentioning so that it doesn't happen to more people.

The apartment met our expectations, very comfortable and clean. Great place to relax with the family. The pool is in good condition and there is always a person on duty. Danilo is always very attentive and kind. We would stay there again.
