Everything was spectacular. The hosts were very close and helpful. The place is magical, you have privacy, an excellent view and a very cozy space. One recommendation is not to go in a carro bajito as there is a troller for almost 30 mins, it is better to go in a truck or suv.

The place is beautiful, everything is just like the photos, the tranquility, the peace that you feel, the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the dome is really nice, everything is very clean. Everything is relatively close, Aquitania, Iza. Mrs. Nelcy and Mrs. Edelmira are very friendly, you feel right at home. Definitely a very nice experience.

Place was perfect for what we wanted. We loved the river and pool and hiking trails. It was also very good to have the jacuzzi at our disposal all the time with a beautiful view of the mountains.

We had a great time, the cabin is very nice and clean, due to its shape, the heat was quite well kept, in the early morning it can be cold, however we slept very well, Angelica is very attentive and gave us breakfast option. Arriving is easy, we were in a small car and there was no problem. The dam is very close by and is very nice to be with pets.

I had an amazing experience at this glamping, and it was all thanks to the excellent customer service. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well received. Mr. Nelson responds quickly and Mrs. Yenny was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure that our stay was comfortable and pleasant at all times. To get to the place I recommend talking to Mr. Orlando since it is a bit secluded, but he is always available and provides excellent service. I definitely recommend this glamping to anyone looking for a unique experience with the touch of excellent service and attention, the view is spectacular.
