Vacation rentals with a sauna in Boyaca

An excellent place to spend a week. I had everything I needed. From supermarkets to restaurants, pharmacies and more. Above all, it is very central to the Zona Rosa and places of interest.

I had a great experience in this apartment. The place was spotlessly clean, well appointed and very tastefully decorated. The location is perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area to rest. Highly recommended!

Great communication with the host, constant check in since it was an earthquake and checked on us, they gave us instructions prior it and we knew all exit routes. Beautiful decoration and very cozy.

Juan was a perfect host, super responsive, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The apartment was cozy but well designed and functioned perfectly as home base. We used the sauna and pool while we were there. They did require reservations, but reservations were easy to make upon arrival using the phone/app Juan provides. The area was cool, with cute cafes, good restaurants, grocery stores, and small shops/galleries all just a few minutes walk away. The construction happening outside did create a bit of noise and will be happening for quite some time, but didn’t create a problem for us with the windows closed.

The place is at a very good location, clean, with facilities and supermarket near by, I read in some reviews that there’s a little smell cooking from The drains, it wasn’t my case, odorless and spotless clean place, very content with the property

What a fantastic place to stay in Bogota! Jesse is a wonderful host. The apartment is exactly as described and spotless. Close to absolutely everything, including close to my family who lives there. I was always within walking distance to my family’s home so that was a bonus for me. Fantastic area, great apartment building with friendly guards and an overall great place. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would definitely choose it next time I’m back in Bogota! Thanks Jesse!

I recommend it very nice, very comfortable and the customer service very good, I would come back tomorrow if I could haha; the only thing I would recommend for future guests is that when arriving in Paipa by waze or Google maps they look by the name of the building and do not be guided by the address or the link of arbnb, since it has a fault and you end up elsewhere, a clearly issue of the app and not from the hosts but it's worth mentioning so that it doesn't happen to more people.

This is a great place to stay, if you’re running errands or have to visit Centro International de Especialistas or El Pinar Clinic is very accessible and convenient. The place was immaculate clean, swimming pool was great, concierge and security staff are amazing. Clara & Miguel are super nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely on my next trip to Bucaramanga I’m staying at this place again 10 stars to this place. Great experience.

This place had everything I needed for my stay over the weekend in Bogotá. There are not walkable places to check out but it’s very easy and convenient to grab an Uber to take you places. The building has a lot of security which I appreciate. The place is perfect for a couple. Also Juan was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

My family and I enjoyed every second, on several occasions we have visited houses with similar characteristics to Silvia's, but without a doubt this has been our favorite, apart from being beautiful it was very fun because of all the amenities it offers: sauna, Turkish bath, etc. The weather has changed a lot and this time it was a little hot, it would be good if the rooms had more efficient fans, but nothing serious. Olga is very kind.

Gorgeous, spacious and wonderful stay. Daniela was communicative and helpful through the whole process. I think it's important to note that the physical location of the property is quite different from what is listed on airbnb, as the house is beyond La Pradera and is not located in Subachoque at all.

A simply beautiful place is located in a group of colonial houses where you can breathe peace, tranquility and harmony, a real rest. The house is very organized, very nice, a pleasant stay. The house has everything you need for a healthy stay. The host was very attentive to each of the concerns that arose. A delightful climate where the day is hot and the night is very cool. The house does not need fans or air conditioning as it is not necessary. The complex's wet areas are spectacular comfortable spaces and the security and logistics staff of the complex are very friendly at all times, as are the other residents. Really a comfortable place worth visiting and enjoying. Curiti is a very beautiful little town full of tourists and commerce, a lot to discover. Finally, the complex is located in a very strategic place full of nature from where you can see the church of Curiti and the small town.

David and Claudia are excellent people, always attentive to our comfort and very friendly. The spectacular place with lots of peace and comfort. I would always recommend it. Thank you so much for all the hospitality. We'll be back

A wonderful stay! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, everything is impeccable and very well kept. The wet areas were our favorite place, the pool is warm. On the same property there is a small farm with animals that can be visited. The rooms are comfortable, there is a BBQ area, private parking and everything is a short distance from Bogotá. We thank Top Spot for the excellent service, especially Mr. Alvaro, the girl who gave us the house and the caretaker who was always attentive. We were even able to hire a trusted person to help with cleaning and food. We loved it so much, we even paid to stay longer than we had originally planned. We will definitely be back!
